My car was in the service department for a recall. Pete made sure that I was kept in the loop about the progress of the service and when I could have my car back. I had some warranty work done here and they found the clips on the passenger side light were not holding on a GMC Terrain. This would cause the light to bounce when hitting bumps. They did give me a loaner car to drive which was helpful. They were not very good with communication on this issue. I had to call daily to find out what was going on. After they claimed the issue was fixed, I tested the car the same night and now both lights flicker! UGH! More
I got a call saying I could get a new lease for the same as my old lease or even less but I ended up paying more than a hundred and a quarter a month more. I didn’t care for the lying and deception but I think that is typical for auto dealerships. I had a 40 minute drive to the dealership for an appointment with a salesman who never showed up. And now my new vehicle has spent more time in your service dept than it has in my driveway. I keep getting all these surveys to fill out but I can’t tell you that Feldman is any better than any other dealership. More
