Had a horrible service experience. They had my car for 1 week and it’s still not fixed. I had to call to check the status on my car. I will never return to your dealership. THIS DEALERSHIP COULD HAVE KILLED ME. .. Went in and got my car an oil change (like I have done many times in the past). Roughly 25 minutes after waiting for my car an employee working in .. Went in and got my car an oil change (like I have done many times in the past). Roughly 25 minutes after waiting for my car an employee working in the service center came into the waiting area and informed me that my cabin filter should be replaced and to do it at the dealership would cost me $70. I politely told the employee that I would be replacing it myself, but appreciated that he brought it to my attention. About 15 minutes after the same employee approached me and said "I really wish you would have told me that your tire sensor battery was not working BEFORE you brought your car into get an oil change!!" The same employee proceeded to tell me that they could replace the battery for $130. After telling the employee that I was going to go elsewhere to get it replaced (Discount Tire is able to replace it for $60) he proceeded to tell me "that none of my tire sensors worked because they rotated the tires and if one does not work the rest will no longer work" (3/4 tire sensors worked prior to me coming in to get my oil changed). Then the employee opened the door into the service garage and yelled "she is refusing the tire sensor battery!!!!" About another 15 minutes passed before my car was ready. I pay for the oil change and go directly to Discount Tire (which is conveniently located right next to the Chevy dealership). Discount Tire came out to my car and determined that the one tire sensor needed a new battery and that they could replace it right then and there. When my car was finished at Discount Tire the employee that repaired my tire informed me that ALL of the bolts on ALL 4 wheels attaching all tires to my vehicle were "hand screwed" meaning that he has every reason to believe whoever reattached my tires to my car either did not use the correct tool OR used a tool and barely screwed my tires onto my car. He then proceeded to tell me that this is such a serious deal and that THE CAR COULD HAVE KILLED ME (the tires could have fallen off of my car as I was driving it). The Discount Tire employees were not informed that I just went to Chevy to get an oil change minutes before arriving to get my tire sensor repaired. In fact, they had no reason to inform me that my car could have killed me due to the Chevy dealership failing to do their job correctly. Did Chevy not properly reattach my tires because I decided not to purchase an overpriced filter and tire sensor battery? Or was it because they have such inexperienced workers? Regardless, of the reason I COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD. There must have been a guardian angel watching over me because I could have been dead if I did not go to Discount Tire immediately after leaving the Chevy dealership. As someone who takes there car maintenance very seriously to ensure that I am safe driving my vehicle I am absolutely appalled. I purposely came to the chevy dealership to ensure that a professional was inspecting my car. I cannot put into words how angered/frustrated I am to know that not just one, BUT ALL FOUR TIRES were not attached correctly to my vehicle. I am speechless. More

Part of the sales process involved order some blackout badges for our Trax. This order was sent to the service dept as the parts weren’t available. Service called me a few days later to schedule an appointment since the parts were in. I rearranged my schedule and my wife’s and dropped off the car. An hour or so later, I was called and notified that the parts were not even ordered! We will see if the parts reorder process works in the coming days. Needless to say, I expect better service. More
I am a very unhappy customer! I brought my daughter’s vehicle in to have a sensor looked at. Ended up being broken and supposedly not covered under warranty although this is a new I brought my daughter’s vehicle in to have a sensor looked at. Ended up being broken and supposedly not covered under warranty although this is a new lease the part was $15.34. You guys charged me $597 in labor fees! This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer to you guys over the years. I have bought several cars from you. I will no longer do that. I am very upset! I feel like I was robbed I have made a claim with General Motors and so far they are doing a great job helping me. More

I cannot say enough about this dealership , Brandon went out of his way to help me get the truck I needed! Everyone there genuinely cared about me and my experience, after the sale they were there to making out of his way to help me get the truck I needed!
