I was disappointed that the employees were not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. All of the services that I had scheduled to be done were done, but I had asked that they clean the inside of my masks or not wearing them properly. All of the services that I had scheduled to be done were done, but I had asked that they clean the inside of my windshield, too. I was told that it was done, but all they had done was to smear the grunge that was there around and actually made it harder to see out of than if they had done nothing. Also, and this is minor, but still, they used to wash your vehicle without even asking when they did service, but apparently no more. The thing that really bugs me is that I purchased this vehicle there and at that time purchased 6 oil changes (of which I have used 2), but they NEVER offer it up. They always escort me to the cashier expecting me to pay again. I remind them, they look it up, and they send me on my way. They obviously didn't check when I brought it in even though I told them when I made the appointment. Friendly, did the minimal job to do the scheduled work, but zero effort above or beyond the call of duty (and no masks). C+ at best. More

Also no one called to tell me my vehicle service was complete, when I called they said that it was not done and I had them check because I dr to me. Service on the car was quick and professional. I was a little concerned about masks. Despite all the signs around the building I saw at least three employees walking around interacting with people with no little concerned about masks.
