Not one of their better days. This is not the closest dealer to me but I drive the extra distance because in the past it has been worth it. Maybe they were short staffed this week. By 5:30pm I had called multiple times to get a status but couldn’t get in touch with anybody and received no response to my messages. After I finally was able to talk with a service manager suddenly the vehicle was ready. A little communication would have improved this situation. More

Brought our suburban in for an engine issue not knowing what the problem was. Service team was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and performing needed repairs. Got it back running like new and its g what the problem was. Service team was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and performing needed repairs. Got it back running like new and its got 117,000 miles on it. The whole process took two days and the loaner car was a new 2021 suburban which was really nice as well. No inconvenience at all keeping our vehicle for 2 days. More
