Technician’s work was good, so I have no complaints about that. But, the service department had my vehicle for FIVE weeks and could not provide a loaner vehicle. Communication was awful. Service was fine but why does Feldman Chevy think it is acceptable to provide my email address to dealerrater and Carfax? Dealerrater I can understand but Carfax?
