Absolutely amazing costumer service, extremely friendly, extremely fast, and gave me my car back in better condition than expected. I had a very special request for one day service as my one car is my only extremely fast, and gave me my car back in better condition than expected. Deb and the service team were great. She explained any service time lags due to covid, the process of what would happen while my car was being serviced, and helped arrange transportation. More importantly, since the car had not been looked at by Friday and would not be in the physical shop until the following week, she was able to allow me to take my car back home so I did not have to rent a vehicle just for the weekend and bring it back in on Monday morning. This was a huge extra convenience for me that was not being offered at a competitor's service center. More
Check engine light has been on/off for 2 years, multiple trips for service and problem keeps recurring. In Oct they had vehicle for 10 days, 2 weeks later light was on again. November back for service for 1 trips for service and problem keeps recurring. In Oct they had vehicle for 10 days, 2 weeks later light was on again. November back for service for 10 days, still not fixed. Meantime had to rent a car and waiting on reimbursement, so out over $400 until GM reimburses me $40/day. Unacceptable and won't be buying or leasing GM again. More
Came in for air bag recall, oil change with 27 point inspection. Got no inspection report and "service air bag" warning was still on. Was told it was not part of the recall but should have been part of inspection. Got no inspection report and "service air bag" warning was still on. Being a safety item I would of thought it would have notified while the vehicle was at the dealership. Was told I would have to bring it back. Not to happy about this. More
