I made an appointment for my first oil change. Was told at checkin that it would take about an hour, which I thought was reasonable. Handed me the fob and I had to hunt thru the lot to find my car. Car was impeccably cleaned! More

The cost for labor that I was going to be charged was ridiculous. I took my car to a different location and save $750 in labor. Unreal!
