The Feldman Chevrolet service departments need help. Their work "seems satisfactory", but their concept of "time" needs a little work. They seem unable to handle the customer demand. Perhaps they have a "constraint" like not enough work bays, or not enough qualified technicians... either way, the customer WAITS. This seems a foolish practice, with revenue being lost, because they are not able to "push the work through". eh? More
I made an appointment online the day before came in for just an oil change and to have a recall checked on my 2022 blazer ( that was not done) and was charged $160, i did not notice the bill until i got ho just an oil change and to have a recall checked on my 2022 blazer ( that was not done) and was charged $160, i did not notice the bill until i got home that day and i was just sick to my stomach over it, over how much i paid! I should have paid more attention to what they were doing . It included a tire rotation and fuel cleaner, i just had my tires rotated a month before and did not need any of those extras. I just came in for an oil change like in the past. I received a call for a survey and the agent apologized and said we can most likely make it right and was told Deborah Springer the service advisor that helped me when i pulled my car in would call me she was at lunch, of course i never received a call back, very disappointed. I have always like Feldman in New Hudson and was hoping to continue coming back for more oil changes. More

I’ve had the worst experience ever! I took my car to the New Hudson location for my routine appointment for an oil change on June 7th. Almost a week later I started experiencing burnt s I took my car to the New Hudson location for my routine appointment for an oil change on June 7th. Almost a week later I started experiencing burnt smells, noises and my car hesitant to accelerate. I called the New Hudson location immediately and was told to bring my car in. Later that day I get a call from the service center and the lady says the issues were caused by the operator putting too much oil in my engine when he did my last oil change! I was so pissed and annoyed because that could have or did cause major damage to my engine and other parts of my car! I pick the car up and a day later the same stuff is still happening! Keep in mind I’ve only had my car for a year and a few months now. This situation has caused me so much stress and time. I’ve called and texted the number and nobody has yet to call me about this horrible issue! I spoke to someone last week and he said he was transferring my complaint over to service and nobody has responded yet. More
