There is a disconnect between using Chevrolet Points and this dealership. The checkout experience was rude. The service itself was underwhelming with no clear fix identified, just advise to replace parts wi this dealership. The checkout experience was rude. The service itself was underwhelming with no clear fix identified, just advise to replace parts with no root cause analysis. Disappointing overall experience. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver. More
I had an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I was in and out in about one hour. The customer service staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I was in and out in about one hour. More

One star only because zero or negatives are not options. In a nut shell, Feldman service rep Peter Jezdimir tried to charge me over eight hundred dollars to repair a two wire engine connector. The service In a nut shell, Feldman service rep Peter Jezdimir tried to charge me over eight hundred dollars to repair a two wire engine connector. The service appointment was for an engine check light on my 2500HD diesel that turned out to be DTC code P10D7. Why so much? Peter: “It’s hard to get to… it’s buried in the engine; diesel engine repairs are always expensive”. He was going to check the labor and get back with me (which he never did). So I went to the GM technical service system web site and found DTC code P10D7, the diagnostic procedures, the connector repair part, its location and access procedures. I found the connector on line for $50 delivered. To get to the connector, 2 hose clamps needed to be loosened and the air intake box and connector tube removed. Super easy and quick to do. At most it should have been $70 in parts and an hour of labor, call it $200 total. So the next day, I declined the repair and offered to pay the diagnostic charge. Pete said the service manager said to wave the diagnostic charge and return the truck to me at zero charge. He gave me the key fob and told me that I’m no longer welcome at Feldman Chevy. The repair took me 30 minutes total time start to finish for slow poke me. More
