Sales agent indicates $5k worth repairs when giving the trade in value on my vehicle. Service department charged $160 for diagnostics and wanted another $160 for additional diagnostics...somehow the sales trade in value on my vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment for a airbag recall repair an oil change and no one at the dealer had bothered to order the parts. Now I have to come back. Service could’ve explained things better than they did. Along with the oil change, I had them look at the brakes and told them one side was squeaking and I wanted to find out which side. They just gave me Along with the oil change, I had them look at the brakes and told them one side was squeaking and I wanted to find out which side. They just gave me a price for replacement after the oil change was complete. When I asked the lady which side was squeaking, all she said was she would assume it was the back since they were the worst. As it turned out, the front brakes were way worse than the backs. Now I am wondering if they even looked at them. More
