I feel as though I have been ripped off. I paid $8000 for a brand new transmission. It started slipping after about 3 months. They claimed the transmission lines need to be replaced and char I paid $8000 for a brand new transmission. It started slipping after about 3 months. They claimed the transmission lines need to be replaced and charged me $1000. 3 months later the truck breaks down and they tell me more parts on my brand new transmission needed to be replaced. The truck was “fixed” but continues to slip. The mechanic drove it and told me that “all trucks drive like this” and they told me to take it home (with the transmission slipping all the way home). Debra (the person “helping me” hung up on me when I was questioning what was happening. I would not recommend using them for any mechanical work. More
