Dismissive! Treats you like your dumb. I’ve been to all three Feldman Chevy dealerships and this is by far the worst. A simple job that should’ve been handled in Treats you like your dumb. I've had all my service done here since I bought my truck and I was suspicious about whether or not my tires were actually being rotated or not as I've never been asked for the key to the wheel locks. Before and I was suspicious about whether or not my tires were actually being rotated or not as I've never been asked for the key to the wheel locks. Before mu service I marked the LF tire and that tire was in the same position as when I pulled in. Now I wonder if any of the service that I've paid $1600 for has actually been done. I've placed one call to Bill Fohey so far but as yet I haven't received a call back. I will keep trying to get a hold of him to find a resolution to this issue. More

Oil change took too long. I was in the lounge for 1.5 hours because time was spent putting together an estimate for new tires. I was very specific that I just wanted an oil ch I was in the lounge for 1.5 hours because time was spent putting together an estimate for new tires. I was very specific that I just wanted an oil change. I was then directed to my car outside the door - I tried 3 white cars before I found mine across the lot on the other side. Not very kind. I took my car for an additional car wash - dirt remained all over the back. NOT my usual Feldman quality experience. More

Great place to take your car for service. Everyone is friendly, competent and strive to make your visit flawless. Your comfort is one of their priorities while you wait.
