The lack of communication regarding my service was astounding. There needs to be better communication between the rep and the technician and then the rep and the customer. astounding. There needs to be better communication between the rep and the technician and then the rep and the customer. More
idk even where to start, my experience with this dealership was terrible from start to finish. Some of it was due to me being unlucky. But I still walked away feeling incredibly exploited. No effort dealership was terrible from start to finish. Some of it was due to me being unlucky. But I still walked away feeling incredibly exploited. No effort was made to go beyond the bare minimum and were gleeful at any opportunity to be slower. I arrived at the dealership, my plans to visit family for Thanksgiving ruined with my dogs. They were unwilling to give me a shuttle ride with the dogs. My only options were to risk damaging my vehicle to get home. Or pay a ton of money for an uber or rental vehicle. This is a dealership, is there no one there with a car that could give me a ride for $20? Further, with my vehicle in need of repair that would take a long time to complete, they had no loaner program or any ability to help other than a ride home (without my dogs). When I was finally able to drop the vehicle off waiting for a shuttle ride home I knew I would be out of state for a while and not able to pick up the vehicle if it was done before I returned. So I asked if I would be charged storage fees if I couldn't pickup in a timely manner. Thankfully the answer was no, but the service rep seemed really happy that it meant they could prioritize other customers over me. Much later, the service work was complete and I came for the pickup having gotten a quote for ~$1300, which seemed like a lot for the difficulty of the repair. The invoice said that 4 hours of labor was done with a billing rate of $160/hr. 4 hours was almost double the GM max for warranty repair as far as I can tell, and despite the invoice says 160/hr on the top and the labor line item, the sub-total for the line item was actually billing at 191/hr. When I asked about these discrepancies it seemed rather convenient that not only was the 4 hours reasonable for the repair, they had actually undercharged me for the hours and even though the invoice said the billing rate was 160, they always charge more for hybrid repairs and the rate increases with the hours spent and they should have charged more. When I asked them to explain how this makes sense they got angry and sent me to the manager who gave me the same story. I was stuck and had to pay to get my car back. Maybe I'm off base, maybe their hours and billing rate are unreasonable. Even when every question I had about billing, even about the invoice stating a much lower billing rate conveniently had an answer where I was actually being undercharged. Even if through all that they charged me a fair rate, their response to me asking basic clarifying questions was unacceptable. More

Unprofessional and rude service advisor. I don't recommend Feldman for purchase as their products and ability to service them are poor. I don't recommend Feldman for purchase as their products and ability to service them are poor. More
