Mike and Paul in the Collision Center did a good job of keeping informed on the timeline of my vehicle repair. My insurance provider recommended another shop to me for my repair, and when they couldn't sch keeping informed on the timeline of my vehicle repair. It took the service center almost two weeks to replace an oxygen sensor. They were hard to get ahold of and calling would go to voicemail.
