I took my truck here to get accident damage taken care of. They fixed the original dent but damaged another part of my vehicle. Don't trust Tony! I was in correspondence with Tony via email and, in my mind, scheduled a time to come look at, and buy a car. I wrote, "We are coming with the intention of buying the ..." I left early in the morning so I could get back to work in the afternoon. While on the road to Liberty I called and left a message (Tony was not in, yet) that I was coming and would be there about 10am. I asked that, if the car was not available any longer, he call me so I would not waste my time. He never called. When I got there he looked for the car and said, Oh, I guess they sold it lat night. Pretty inconsiderate if you ask me. I took off work and drove a total of 5 hours for nothing! His emails to me have been "canned" emails and he even sent one using the sales manager's name. I'm guessing it was a bait and switch or maybe just a scam and there never was the car. More

I had come in during the mid afternoon not realizing that they would normally be done by 4PM. The financial person, one manager, another person and Gregg stayed until 7:20PM to make sure I was taken care of and the sale was finalized. I was so impressed. My questions were answered honestly (you can determine this with careful observation) and fully. The vehicle I purchased had been a "demo" with several "after market" upgrades that put it a little out of my price range. They worked with me on the price and allayed any fears I might have regarding this vehicle. I came out with a wonderful deal. Liberty will be my "dealership" for life! More
