The final work was good. But the day I turned my car I was told 2. 2 weeks turned into 3 then 4 and finally 5. Every time I called I got incomplete excuses. I had to call them no one ever called me. Had car for 12 days, difficulty diagnosing, picked up car and engine light on again on way out of service driveway, took back and had loose wire. Car should be test-driven before given back to customer. Rent and engine light on again on way out of service driveway, took back and had loose wire. In the end, car appears to be running correctly now and fixed but not a pleasant experience. Deborah worked with us last day to get a demo car. $750 for a PCV valve is excessive cost! More
