I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.Was not I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Was not a good experience what so ever! Drove over 2 hours, found car online. Needed paint touch up that of course didn't show in photos. Salesman, Well we lure you in with our used cars, so you purchased a new vehicle. Many people buy cars that the paint is messed up on car, well $17,000 I don't. Our deal was to have front and rear bumper repainted, we will come back and get the car, after work is done. Next day, I get a text, your car is going over to body shop, Austin will be in touch with you. I get a call 4 days later, (salesman) I haven't heard from you, I thought you were MIA. Just waiting...I'm not rushing, I want it done right. You can pick up car. But I won't be here tomorrow so you can come the next day. Fine, not open late, I have to work. Call back Thursday to let me know when you'll be here. Thursday, in the morning I call salesman, no answer..okay I'll text him. Wrote my text, right before I push send, David calls back. Hey just texting you, I didn't get a text! Just about to push send. Told him be there between 3-4p.m. I'll schedule you for 4 than. I wanted to make sure if I needed to send proof of insurance or my phone was good. No, send insurance. I bought a ford taurus, with keyless entry, I would like to make sure you have code numbers for the car..We don't do that, what?? You have to go to a Ford dealership to get that? What? You still owe us $216., hmm no I don't. Well you have to pay for plates, no..all included, on paperwork. NO! YOU owe us $216, yet. No, but not gonna argue with you, we purchased car, I asked, yup just come back after your repairs are done, and get your keys. It's 402 p.m. I get a call from our salesman. Leaves message, I'm leaving for the day, you can come back tomorrow and pickup your car. Hmm, I'm driving 2 hours to get car, across the state. Traffic and construction. I called him back, were about 15 mintues out. Oh, well you can come back tomorrow, I told my manager I was leaving. I said, give keys to someone else. I'm not coming back. Oh I was just kidding! I'll be here, Than he starts laughing, and say I was kidding, and got real serious again. Yes I'll be leaving in a few mintues. I said are you kidding or serious, just give the keys to someone else than. Oh, I'll be here! Get to dealership, I look at my car. Make sure work was done properly. I walk up to David desk, okay well get the keys. Sorry, I thought you had a good sense of humor, I was just kidding about leaving for the day. I stop at another desk to get my paper temporary license plate out of my purse. Oh good, you're gonna write that check out for $216? No! I don't owe you a penny! I show him my paperwork, Yes, yes you do. Well see about that, takes us back over to the finince Dept. Please take a seat in the waiting area, we can hear and see what's going on. Shows the manager, another gal the paperwork and there going back and forth, finally we heard who dept gonna get billed for the mistake? 30 mintues later, you're all set folks. David not real happy. Sorry about the mistake. I asked about the codes for my car. We DON'T do that, you have to go to a Ford dealership to find out your codes, it's like your SS# We can't give that out, proof that it's your car. HELLO! I just purchased this car from you a dealership, it's my car. Sorry, I even asked manager, we never do that and you have to go to dealership. Funny, I just purchased a taurus 3 months ago, (someone t-bone me and totaled out my car) that dealership had my codes, I bought a used montego 13 years ago, they had my codes my daughter bought a used Lincoln they had her codes. Sorry! I get into my car, big footprints in the plastic side panel on floor, spots and dirt on console (before, we don't detail the cars until purchased, to pay a kid $18 an hour to clean a car) Windows weren't cleaned. I took a deep breath, my husband said 5 more mintues we are out of here! Once I got home, I got out my owners Manuel on my car. I opened the case and right on the inside flap was my codes to my car! Yup..I was just a number! No customer service, will never recommend that dealership to anyone. More
