I have been working with Kevin and Feldman Chevrolet on my radio problem for over a month now, NOTHING…. I even opened a ticket up with GM… Still nothing. I have been a FORD person for almost 40 years.. My my radio problem for over a month now, NOTHING…. I even opened a ticket up with GM… Still nothing. I have been a FORD person for almost 40 years.. I have numerous reasons to be unhappy about my experience there but the one good thing was I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The most egregious issue was the lack of masks on sales person there but the one good thing was I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The most egregious issue was the lack of masks on sales personnel & staff! I came very close to leaving several.times. How shocking to see customer care was lacking in such a blatant fashion!! Also, I never received the promised tour of the dealership; I was not shown the basics of how to set up anything in my new car as my manual noted; and I am still waiting for the promised information regarding my Blue Link account. More
