My 16-Year Old Son took his car for the first oil change at Feldman New Hudson & Joe/Deborah made this experience so easy & pleasant for him. He feels confident & felt respected because their Customer Servi at Feldman New Hudson & Joe/Deborah made this experience so easy & pleasant for him. He feels confident & felt respected because their Customer Service is outstanding. The car got a free inspection, tire rotation, & dealership car wash…all for less than he would have paid elsewhere-and we know the job was done right. We will only be going to Feldman New Hudson for oil changes from now on. Two thumbs up-so refreshing in these challenging times. Great Job, Feldman New Hudson! More

They have a poor and unprofessional customer service over the service department. I left my car on a Wednesday to change oil and check the lights. I was told to leave the car and it was a 48hours maximum fo the service department. I left my car on a Wednesday to change oil and check the lights. I was told to leave the car and it was a 48hours maximum for both. I was clear that I needed the car by Friday afternoon. I called on Thursday to check, texted the number I received from Kevin, saying if I needed anything I could reach out to that number, I felt nothing was going to done. Because I was going to travel with the car on Friday mid morning I decided to go there and check the progress. They haven’t done anything yet and was super unprofessional. Left without doing the service! I will neve ever use or recommend this place to anyone. More
