I scheduled an appointment and Ryan Plate was quick to help out . I explained what I needed and he listened . Ryan didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need . I purchased this 8/1/22, and immediately needed steering column repairs. I felt this should have been repaired before selling the vehicle, but am grateful they're repairing for no cost as it was sold used-a column repairs. Setting the appointment and dropping off wasn't a problem working with Pete; however, when attempting to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and if it was ready for pick up is where I became frustrated with my experience. I knew Pete was out of town and the rest of the service team definitely dropped the ball. I had to call multiple times, and in the end, had to involve my sales rep in order to communicate with the service team. No one in service would call me still; I could only text the service manager, no call. I was told it needed a part that would be delivered in 3-7 days, and eventually told it was ready to be picked up. The shuttle ride was pleasant, but then upon arriving to the dealership the manager did not speak with me, they had the shuttle service person give me the papers to sign. There is also nothing on my service papers to see what/if they did anything but a test drive. The other man that was in the service area I spoke with, who I'm assuming is the manager (did not get his card or name), said the part was ordered the 12th and he would call me when the part was in. This was on 8/15, and have never been contacted, and feel I will once again have to reach out to try to find the answer. Since purchasing the car from Feldman, this has not been a great experience. When following up and having to go back, I hope I'm able to work with Pete again and have better communication. More

Worse service ever, denied a claim because it "may" not be covered. I just cannot figure out how they can deny a warranty claim by guessing. They know you cannot go without your vehicle so you are stuck be covered. I just cannot figure out how they can deny a warranty claim by guessing. They know you cannot go without your vehicle so you are stuck paying their bill even though you bough an extended warranty. They get you on the sales side saying the warranty was great, but they won't cover a simple repair that should be covered. More
