Once the issue with my vehicle was diagnosed a part was needed, but the service could not be completed the day the tech was sent for the part as the service advisor indicated he was very busy and returned needed, but the service could not be completed the day the tech was sent for the part as the service advisor indicated he was very busy and returned to late with the part. This added extra days to the return of my vehicle. It appears that perhaps additional help is needed in the service (Support) department. Good effort was made by the mechanic & service advisor working to diagnose the issue with my truck. More

Service is usually very quick. Had a warranty issue with paint on my Equinox and they were able to paint a the defect hood ahead of time. I didn't have to leave the vehicle for an extended time. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The paint match on my silver car was exceptional also. More

The deal seemed great till I started reviewing things and caught him and FAnd I in a lie!!!! Redid paper work twice and still not happy with what they did!
