The dealership is great, employees are awesome. They did try to use their words in a sense to cover up the markup on the car I bought. I was going to place a 4 star review for that reason but since they sorted it out with me I believe they deserve a 5 star rating. The finance manager is great too and has a hobby for fast cars :) Dan is a great guy who shared the passion I had for my car since he owns a similar type of vehicle. It was great exploring my new car with him and he has been updating me for my services. Furthermore it was extremely nice of him to send me a Christmas card which is very over the top and sweet. I felt like I was part of the Chevrolet family. More

My husband inspected the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He discovered an oil leak. The salesman and sales manager argued that there was no such leak as the vehicle went through an inspection. I took a vacation day and was in my way to pick up the vehicle when the salesman called me to say there was a significant oil leak and it could be a week before it was fixed due to parts on back order. I continue to call every couple of days for status updates and kept being pushed off to other people. I finally got word that it was a faulty drain plug. After 10 days I finally got my vehicle! I love the vehicle! I had my own financing but the finance person tried to pressure me into all sorts of extended coverage and warranties. More
