Even though my experience was not the best, only due to the fact the truck was filthy and damaged when it was delivered to me. What made the experience much better was the that the General Manager (Willia the fact the truck was filthy and damaged when it was delivered to me. What made the experience much better was the that the General Manager (William Fohey) got personally engaged and saw to it that the damage on the truck was repaired and the vehicle was cleaned as it should have been originally. William did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way.
