Making the best of it Scott was really great at making the best of an unhappy situation with my new Volt. This is my 2nd Volt and the 4th car I've leased/purchased from Fe Scott was really great at making the best of an unhappy situation with my new Volt. This is my 2nd Volt and the 4th car I've leased/purchased from Feldman, so I'm a fan, but couldn't get my beautiful new Volt to start just one day after I brought it home. It was not a serious issue, but a series of unfortunate events - beginning with the tow truck - resulted in Feldman having my new car in for nearly a month before I could even drive it! Scott kept me informed every step of the way and kept me comfortable in loaner Volt. He advocated (is still) on my behalf with the dealership and GM in getting the situation resolved and adequate recompense for the inconvenience of it all. He didn't make me feel like an idiot when I brought it back again, not entire sure the problem had been fixed, and everything was ok. I've been very happy with Scott and despite some bothersome circumstances that otherwise cold have made me a very grouchy customer, writing and entirely different kind of review More
Awesom I finally got results on my Trax. I am completely Satisfied thank you They replace the whole seatbelt and wiring as well. Also bulbs where replaced in I finally got results on my Trax. Just an Oil Change I really don't like their new multi point inspection report system. I miss getting the measurements of my brake pad linings and tire tread. This doesn I really don't like their new multi point inspection report system. I miss getting the measurements of my brake pad linings and tire tread. This doesn't give that. This report doesn't hold the service tech accountable because it doesn't display the information. Just shows what needs attention. I will go elsewhere now. More
Speedy Service Went in for my regular oil change/tire rotation. Very fast and finished quicker than estimated. Also washed my car for me which is a nice added bonus! Service Department needs work A simple oil change and tire rotation, also 3rd brake light. I scheduled online, and put in the comments will need a ride or a car to go 1 mile down the road. i was first in the dealership at 6:58. the shuttle had filled with 2 others, no offer of a car. I told the writer about my 3rd brake light, he said 'wow are you sure, i haven't seen one go out'. he looked up my oil history, saw i had 3 of my 4 free ones, but was outof the time frame. He chuckled and said, ' that's an expensive oil change, hahaha'. I then asked if he wanted my trailer hitch out of the truck, he said no it would be fine. He called me at 7:48 to tell me the truck was done. I showed up at 8:30, another writer gave me my bill to pay. He had the truck brought in. The third brake light was still out, the truck had not been washed. I asked if there was a minimum cost to have the truck washed, he said the truck didn't get washed because the trailer hitch was in it. The writer then offered to take me back to work in my truck and he would get everything fixed. I get in the passenger side, and the tire pressure screen is up on the dash. It reads, LF:35 RF:38 LR:32 RR:34. I then asked if they check tire pressures like the work order states they did, he said they were supposed to. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with the NEW Feldman of livonia. The sad part is that i have bought many vehicles from them for work, and also a couple for my myself. Its not like I have a 15 year old piece of junk, this is a 2015 Silverado with 21,500 miles on it. Not sure if I am a magnet for poor quality, but i will not be back to service or purchase at Feldman Chevrolet. More

Because of the age of our truck things start wearing out, Doug and the team at Feldman service were awesome professional and due to the amount of service that was needed they also got it done in a timely manner. You hear horror stories in regard to dealer service centers, but not at Feldman, they have always taken such good care of us. Very dependable. Thank you Doug and the mechanical team. More
All 6 Fuel Injectors went bad whle under 36K Miles My 15MY Traverse was dropped off early morning on 04MAY17 due to Blue/White Smoke coming out of Tailpipe. The Vehicle is still under the Bumper to Bu My 15MY Traverse was dropped off early morning on 04MAY17 due to Blue/White Smoke coming out of Tailpipe. The Vehicle is still under the Bumper to Bumper Warranty. The vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up on 15MAY17: It took over 10 Calendar days to determine the problem and repair. The Dealership provided a Loaner to drive; however, I had to force communication with Service to find out what and why there was a problem because there was little to no communication initiated by the Dealership. I was glad to have a Loaner, but they should not let days go by without communication just because the Customer is in a Loaner as if they would not be concerned about their vehicle. I realize that the Service Representative wants to be able to accurately say when the vehicle will be ready; but that does not excuse lack of timely updates as to what is going on! Finally, it turned out that all 6 of my Fuel Injectors were bad....not 1 not 2, not 3....all 6 Injectors. I find that very unusual(I think anyone would), and what confidence do I have that it won't happen again. The only answer I got was that it could have been a bad batch....WOW! really?!..... So, I got my vehicle back and it seems to be running fine...was told I would receive the official Receipt/Repair Order the mail...still waiting, and this is 24MAY17. The waiting room is very comfortable and inviting. I love the abundance of snacks and table space to work while you wait. You can even work in the lounge chairs because of the laptop feature. More
