While I was there he also arranged to have an oil change/tire rotation.My wait time was short considering all that was done. Miss Angela was kind and hospitable and passed snacks around and made customers comfortable. Excellent service I must admit I was a bit concerned as I had my car in for service from 9/1/2017 to 9/16/2017. On 9/22/2017, I went to the dentist and a couple of othe I must admit I was a bit concerned as I had my car in for service from 9/1/2017 to 9/16/2017. On 9/22/2017, I went to the dentist and a couple of other stops and on the way home the engine lamp came on and stayed on. I had put on less than 10 miles since I picked it up. On 9/25/2017, I brought my car back in for this new issue. Scott Glebe was my Service Advisor for this service call. I explained to Mr. Glebe that my mother was going in for surgery on 9/27/2017 and I needed my car or a loaner. Mr. Glebe provided excellent customer service and was able to provide me with a loaner car on 9/26/2017. The issue with my car this time was a faulty right catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. More

Making the best of it Scott was really great at making the best of an unhappy situation with my new Volt. This is my 2nd Volt and the 4th car I've leased/purchased from Fe Scott was really great at making the best of an unhappy situation with my new Volt. This is my 2nd Volt and the 4th car I've leased/purchased from Feldman, so I'm a fan, but couldn't get my beautiful new Volt to start just one day after I brought it home. It was not a serious issue, but a series of unfortunate events - beginning with the tow truck - resulted in Feldman having my new car in for nearly a month before I could even drive it! Scott kept me informed every step of the way and kept me comfortable in loaner Volt. He advocated (is still) on my behalf with the dealership and GM in getting the situation resolved and adequate recompense for the inconvenience of it all. He didn't make me feel like an idiot when I brought it back again, not entire sure the problem had been fixed, and everything was ok. I've been very happy with Scott and despite some bothersome circumstances that otherwise cold have made me a very grouchy customer, writing and entirely different kind of review More

Just an Oil Change I really don't like their new multi point inspection report system. I miss getting the measurements of my brake pad linings and tire tread. This report doesn't hold the service tech accountable because it doesn't display the information. Just shows what needs attention. I will go elsewhere now. More

Speedy Service Went in for my regular oil change/tire rotation. Very fast and finished quicker than estimated. Also washed my car for me which is a nice added bonus!
