This was a pre-scheduled visit that was honored by the Service Dept. It was clean, orderly. I enjoyed meeting Mr. John Louis, who was personable and professional. I was not told (or just didn't see a posting) about a credit card processing fee. But I'll remember it for any future visits. More

We purchased a 2019 Chevy traverse from Feldman. We were asked if we wanted to purchase an extended warranty. My husband was very apprehensive because he had purchased a warranty from another Chevy We were asked if we wanted to purchase an extended warranty. My husband was very apprehensive because he had purchased a warranty from another Chevy dealership and that company went out of business. The finance person we were working with assured us it was a very good company and the warranty for $4000.00 was everything covered including windshield replacement ding repairs and so forth and so on. We purchased the warranty and used it a couple months back. We took the car to our nearest dealership and was told that we had to pay the $170.00 diagnostics fee because the warranty company said that it had to go to Feldman unless Feldman would release it to the other dealership. Of course they would not so I pay the 170.00. Now we were having issues with the back wiper being stuck, gear shifter saying it’s not in park and infotainment software needs an update. So I take it to Feldman. Chuck from Feldman doesn’t call me back to say what they found or if it was covered. I call Chuck and he says oh I just got off the phone with warranty company. Nothing is covered! If it was the front wiper motor it would be but not the back🙄how stupid is that! Ok well good news we did find the rear steering link is in need of replacement and that is covered but you still have to pay the diagnostic fee! What! Wow so now I have a $100.00 deductible for the problem they found that I didn’t know about and the 170.00 diagnostic fee which should be covered by warranty if they found something wrong that was covered. Chuck told me that the steering link wasn’t found during diagnostic check. The technician just heard it while driving. I said to Chuck if I purchased the $4000.00 extended warranty through this dealership and was assured it was bumper to bumper but covers only the front wiper motor not the back shouldn’t they argue that for me? Chuck was extremely rude! I will not purchase another sales pitched warranty again! It’s very deceptive! I will not buy another car from Feldman! I will not have any vehicle I own serviced by Chuck or Feldman! More

It's mystery why the service department would not do Federal recall work (the battery swap out). Told us to call their Novi location, who told us it would be TWO YEARS....! my 2022 blazer rs was leased 0 8/1/2022, the first week of november the vehicle would not go into gear. i called the service department to arrange to get it fixed. i was told they could not look at the bla of november the vehicle would not go into gear. i called the service department to arrange to get it fixed. i was told they could not look at the blazer until after thanksgiving. i then asked about a loaner and was informed they don't do loaners, being a one car family that was a problem. General Motors warranty is 3 years, 36,000 miles.the blazer only had 1700 miles. More
