She said she was sorry, for that. She could get it fixed by the next day. And would keep me up to date on the work. Tony Wieczorek helped to take care of our Traverse lease on Joel's day off. Tony and the Sales Manager, John, assisted us with the whole process of leasing the vehicle. We both had many questions and wanted to explore several down payment and monthly lease options, which meant that both had to do some re-figuring to answer our questions and get us to a place where we were financially comfortable. John was instrumental in doing that. Tony handled all the paperwork and gave us the informational tour of all the features in the Traverse. He also set us up with Bluetooth phone capability. Tony informed us he has only been with Tennyson for eight months. I was shocked. Although he may still have much to learn, he exhibited a professionalism and product knowledge that far surpassed his short time with you. He was a delight to work with. In addition, we take all our automotive repair needs, including oil changes, to the service department. They are courteous, prompt and the work they do is complete. We bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Dominick Wieczorek back a few years ago and had such a great experience working with Dominick that we wanted to return go thru him again. We even had our vehicle serviced there last summer and he made sure with us being on vacation that we had a vehicle of the same size, which was a 2013 Traverse. My sister and brother in law have been using Dominick for years and set us up with him. We hit a deer and our 2011 Traverse is a total loss. I called Dominick on Tuesday December 10th and told him what had happened and that we were looking for another vehicle, but wasn't sure if there was anything he could do for us since we are now living in Iowa with my husband being in the military and wouldn't be able to make it up there before our rental car expired. He said tell me what you want and we can deliver it. I told him we only had 7 days left with the rental car now that they have confirmed my car being a total loss and he asked someone right then and there if they wanted to go to Iowa the coming Saturday Dec 14th. He pulled up last record asked if I wanted to change any of the features, colors, ect. I told him exactly what we wanted and he delivered our vehicle with everything we wanted including the dvd players in the headrests. We called, texted, and emailed over the next 5 days getting everything we needed. We signed the paperwork at our dinning room table. He walked us through setting up the Bluetooth and all the new features just as if we were driving it off the dealership lot. He got our payments within $11 dollars of our old one and we also added gap insurance since our scare with the deer. He is an amazing sales man that goes above and beyond and doesn't give up until you are completely satisfied whether you are buying a new car or getting a car serviced he always has a hand in helping making the process go smoothly. We are beyond excited with our New 2014 Traverse. He has even contacted us in the last couple of days to see how we are liking it and to see if we were satisfied. He made a very traumatic and stressful situation very easy. It was an amazing experience that when we tell people about it they are shocked. Thanks We will definitely return and send people his way.
