I have dealt with Joel for 14 years now. I live 50 miles away from his location but I will continue to drive that distance because of the excellent customer service Joel provides to my wife and I. He personifies customer service and covers all of the little details without me having to ask. When I had trouble with my truck once, he offered to come get me and get my truck taken care of and I was more than 60 miles away at the time. How many sales people would do that for their customers?? As long as Joel works at Tennyson Chevrolet, I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from them. More

The only dealership I go to. I would never consider any other dealership. Joel Copeland is the best salesperson they have and he is the only person I would deal with. Tennyson is A+. Joel Copland was wonderful. Joel never pressured us for a decision. Instead, he gave us facts and we chose what we needed.
