I called to see if I could get my car fixed and if they had any back ups. Jennifer, said not that bad of a back up. She asked why I asked if they had a bad up. I told her because I had my car at Gordon's chevrolet for service for 4 days now, and thay have not even looked at it. Because I was a drive in and did not make appoinment. She said she was sorry, for that. She could get it fixed by the next day. And would keep me up to date on the work. She called when the car went in the bay, then called when it was fixed. it was done the next day by 1:00 pm. The service that Jennifer Gave me was 10,000% better then Gordon's could ever dream of. More

He continually provides professional, accommodating service and he goes the extra mile to obtain the best deal in a my sales person, Joel Copeland. He also assists with service and customer satisfaction, even when it has nothing to do with his arena of sales. He truly is an asset to the organization. Tony Wieczorek helped to take care of our Traverse lease on Joel's day off. Tony and the Sales Manager, John, assisted us with the whole process of leasing the vehicle. We both had many questions and wanted to explore several down payment and monthly lease options, which meant that both had to do some re-figuring to answer our questions and get us to a place where we were financially comfortable. John was instrumental in doing that. Tony handled all the paperwork and gave us the informational tour of all the features in the Traverse. He also set us up with Bluetooth phone capability. Tony informed us he has only been with Tennyson for eight months. I was shocked. Although he may still have much to learn, he exhibited a professionalism and product knowledge that far surpassed his short time with you. He was a delight to work with. In addition, we take all our automotive repair needs, including oil changes, to the service department. They are courteous, prompt and the work they do is complete.
