Without a doubt the best, easiest cleanest most friendly buying experience I have ever had. Lindsburg was amazing! He took the time to understand the needs of my wife and I and got us exactly what we needed to rebuild in this current phase of our lives. Not to mention we live in Texas and he was able to process the whole deal while being in Michigan. I was able to fly up to Michigan grab my vehicle and be back on the road within 48 hours! It's mystery why the service department would not do Federal recall work (the battery swap out). Told us to call their Novi location, who told us it would be TWO YEARS....! We much prefer any of the l Federal recall work (the battery swap out). Told us to call their Novi location, who told us it would be TWO YEARS....! We much prefer any of the local LaFontaine dealerships for service. Never going back to Feldman for anything. More
