Great deal on 4 oil changes with tire rotation to be used over the next 2 years. The only issue is that the deal goes with the vin. If I get a different car, there might be an issue, unless the new car com over the next 2 years. The only issue is that the deal goes with the vin. Bought a truck in late January and the next day had a light on the dash. Brought it in 3 different times to have it looked at and each time they just cleared the code and said it was good to go without light on the dash. Brought it in 3 different times to have it looked at and each time they just cleared the code and said it was good to go without fixing the issue. One day about 2 months after owning it, I started the truck and smoke came out of the tail pipe for 10 seconds. I started to drive it to the dealership and the dash gave me a message saying low oil pressure, stop engine. I pulled over, let it rest and then started it again to continue the drive to the dealership. The service guy said it probably just needed an oil change and they performed one. The next morning, it started smoking again on startup and the check engine light was still on for the tire pressure sensors. About a week later, I was leaving to head home and the truck smoked on start up but I could also hear a ticking noise from the engine. I got home and had a friend who knows more about trucks take a look and said it was most likely the lifters making the noise. I contacted the salesman I bought the truck from and he said I would need to contact finance to discuss the warranty. A quick call to the finance department put me on the phone with a guy who said, you have a 3 month warranty with us and you are 2 weeks past that. "There is nothing we can do." Another phone call back to the salesman and he says, I will check with our used vehicle sales manager. 3 days go by and I don't hear anything. I finally called the dealership again and asked for the manager and he tells me the same thing. "Unfortunately, all vehicles are sold As Is and if there is a problem within the first three months, we will work with you to take care of it." Morale of the story is, be careful when buying a vehicle here. They will use whatever they can to let their customers twist in the wind instead of trying to take care of people after a sale is made. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this place again, especially after I am forced to pay an additional $3,500+ to get my 4 month old truck running properly again. More
