I'll start this review by saying that Hannah the service coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, reca coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, recall fixes and a squeaky steering wheel. I get the car back a couple days later to find that 1. there's a terrible smell in the car, 2. I now had steering wobble. Took the car back and was told I have flat spots on the tires (didn't have even a slight wobble or vibration before taking it here). After almost 3 weeks they we're finally able to get new tires from the manufacturer which is greatly appreciated and solved the issue that wasn't originally an issue. After getting my car home I noticed that the front bumper had been scratched and has cracked paint. Went back to the dealer for the service manager to take a look. Of course the usual "can you prove it was us" was thrown out there. Again, none of these issues existed before taking it here. I was told that they use two separate colors in the workshop so it didn't happen there. So it must have happened in the parking lot of the dealership. Upon asking if they have surveillance footage I was told he could look through it, quickly followed up with "you signed a waiver at drop off that we're not responsible for damage while in our possession". Needless to say that a complaint will be filed with the BBB as well as directly with GM. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership at all cost. It'll only cost you more in the long run. Poor business qualities. They don’t care for the customers safety. They misdiagnose repairs and inflate their pricing for subpar repairs. WORST car dealership ever. Crooks who don't care about their customers and just want your money. I took my 2015 Jeep here to trade for a 2012 Acadia I saw online. When I showed up to see the Acadia 2 days their customers and just want your money. I took my 2015 Jeep here to trade for a 2012 Acadia I saw online. When I showed up to see the Acadia 2 days after I called them to make sure it was still available the car was filthy, had a cracked windshield and was shaking when I drove it. They knew I was coming to see it and didn't even have it cleaned or serviced. We talked prices for the trade with Blake Mireles. Worked out a deal which included everything I mentioned be fixed (air condition didn't work, shaking when driving, windshield cracked and super dirty inside). Blake told me and my husband we could come back tomorrow (Thursday) to pick up the Acadia that everything would be fixed. We said we would be back that Friday which was 2 days after we bought it. They gave us a 2020 equinox for a loaner, which was cover in dog hair and was also filthy inside. Thursday evening at 5pm (they were open til 9pm) I called Blake to make sure everything was ready for me to make the drive out there Friday morning. He told me he was going to go check on it and call me back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Friday morning comes and I still hadn't heard from anyone. I talked to the service center since my car needed to be serviced and thought they would be able to let me know if it was ready or not. Well Hannah told me she would CALL ME BACK but I got a text message that said "This is Hannah over at Feldman. Spoke to you on the phone. Your vehicle is detail right now. Blake is not in today did he tell you when you could pick-up?" So the day I'm suppose to go pick up they start working on it... I then called the operator cuz I was mad and upset that they had NO COMMUNICATION. She told me the General manger Jason would call me back guess what he NEVER did.... 2 hours later my husband called and demanded someone talk to us about our car which we finally got a call back from Jeremy the sales manger. My husband had taken the day off work so we could go pick the car up. It was over an hour drive away. We found out that the windshield was on back order and they were cleaning the car as we were talking to him. He said Monday, Tuesday at the latest. We said we wanted it brought to us since we were told it would be ready Friday and it wasn't. Monday Jeremy let us know that they would be bringing it out Tuesday around Noon. Tuesday around Noon Ron a car transporter brought my car to my home. We had asked when we were at the dealer ship Wednesday if the car could be brought to the Lansing store or to our home they told us that they didn't offer that. Funny how now someone was at my home with the car I bought that says this is his JOB at Feldman. Ron was the only positive experience I had with Feldman. He was blow away with what I was dealing with. 8/18/20 First day around noon having the car in my possession I drove it to my in laws house to let their dog out. I noticed the transmission felt odd and not normal. The tack was jumping around like crazy when going 50-55. My husband drove it the next day 8/19/20 he also noticed the transmission having a hard time switching gears. I also noticed green fluid leaking out when had it parked. We checked it and it was the a/c refrigerate that they "fixed". The cap was off and sitting inside the hood and it was leaking somewhere in the line. The a/c was working inside the car besides on the passenger side which was blowing HOT air while everything else was cold. We called Jeremy to let him know 8/19 the issues we were having and of course no answer and no call back. My husband texted Blake on 8/20 telling him all the issues we were having and the only response we got back was "what is the issue?" after that not 1 response. Pictures below of messages. At this point we just wanted our Jeep back and it wasn't worth the risk of keeping this car when we had been ignored the whole time. We were told we had 3 days/ 150 mile buy back guarantee. Weird how no one would return phone calls or text messages within the three days. Today 8/22/20 my husband finally got a call back from the general manger Jason (who was the one that was supposed to call me back that Friday and never did) turns out its been to long since we bought the car for them to do anything... No you just don't communicate and that is why its been to long. I'm warning everyone I know and people I don't know DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. EVEN IF YOU LOVE THE CAR THEY HAVE TO OFFER. ITS NOT WORTH IT!! More
My four cars from this dealership Back in 2013, I had leased a 2014 Cruze diesel from Feldman, and purchased a pre owned GMC Acadia from their neighbor La Fontaine. Began bringing both Back in 2013, I had leased a 2014 Cruze diesel from Feldman, and purchased a pre owned GMC Acadia from their neighbor La Fontaine. Began bringing both cars to Feldman for service. At Cruze's lease ending I walked in and dealt with Eric. He explained very well the purchasing the lease v/s leasing a newer vehicle. I decided to go with a Chevrolet Malibu hybrid in place of the Cruze. Therefore, turned the cruze in and took the Malibu home for the weekend. During weekend, the family decided to keep the Cruze instead, so I returned to Eric on Monday and asked to reverse the deal. He seemed a little upset in the beginning but then agreed to do so. While I was impressed at his customer service, I decided to lease another Cruze gas the same day. I went home with two cars. He convinced me to buy extended warranty for the Cruze diesel and Acadia. Perhaps this was the best decision I had made, that I didn't realize until the Acadia had serious engine issues, and needed engine replacement. The repair was completely covered by the insurance, but I was completely done with this vehicle, so I approached Eric and asked how he could help me get rid of this car. He was able to offer me a deal for newer Traverse lease and trade the Acadia within it. I was again so happy that I decided to turn the cruze gas, whose lease was coming up, and lease a Trax. So went home with two new leases. The best part was yet to come, now its time for Traverse lease end, I wanted to down size due to Covid -19 work situation. But there was a damage on the passenger side and I didn't want GM to send me a bill later. Eric suggested to me to get the vehicle fixed thru their body shop before turning it in. He also got me a discount in it. I washed my hands of the Traverse and came home happy. I recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle at this dealership, for his good customer service skills and always looking into customer interest. More
