I tried to purchase a vehicle from Feldman. I told the salesman I don't pay fees. They can charge any fees they want, but they have to take them off the cost of the vehicle. He wouldn't come down in price a couple hundred dollars to cover the document fee, so I said I would have to think about it. He then rudely said I had wasted his time. No, he wasted MY time. Since it was an hour and a half round-trip drive to Feldman, a manager did send me a gas card. Sadly, I still wasted a day though. They also try to strong-arm you into paying a fee to spray poison on the inside of the vehicle. Shame on them. More
I'm leasing a 2019 Silverado, my key gets stuck in the ignition. So I made an appointment for service, a few days go by I take it in and now I key pulls out , of course. So I ask how am I suppose to get it serviced while the problem is happening so I can get it fixed. They told me they are 24 hours and to call they will have a tow truck come get my truck and leave me a car to drive. Great! Well my keys are stuck and no one is answering there phones. Christmas Eve is tomorrow then Christmas so I'm struck at home with a dead battery now 8 months pregnant. More
I'll start this review by saying that Hannah the service coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, reca coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, recall fixes and a squeaky steering wheel. I get the car back a couple days later to find that 1. there's a terrible smell in the car, 2. I now had steering wobble. Took the car back and was told I have flat spots on the tires (didn't have even a slight wobble or vibration before taking it here). After almost 3 weeks they we're finally able to get new tires from the manufacturer which is greatly appreciated and solved the issue that wasn't originally an issue. After getting my car home I noticed that the front bumper had been scratched and has cracked paint. Went back to the dealer for the service manager to take a look. Of course the usual "can you prove it was us" was thrown out there. Again, none of these issues existed before taking it here. I was told that they use two separate colors in the workshop so it didn't happen there. So it must have happened in the parking lot of the dealership. Upon asking if they have surveillance footage I was told he could look through it, quickly followed up with "you signed a waiver at drop off that we're not responsible for damage while in our possession". Needless to say that a complaint will be filed with the BBB as well as directly with GM. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership at all cost. It'll only cost you more in the long run. More
