My salesman, Mike Rooker, was excellent. Mike would get all fives but scores were lowered because of finance. The financing policies seemed shady at best. The Finance guy did not offer me the best rate available after running my credit. I have excellent credit and knew it should be better. When I told him what my credit union would give me he lowered it on the spot from 4.99% to 2.99%. He also added several items to the invoice without telling me and I had to ask her to review It to figure out why the payment was so high. he added a poly coat, then edging, and a $3000 extended warranty. About $4000 total added to the invoice without a word about it. More

Never dealt with such a terrible dealership before. The worst experience we have EVER experienced! They do not care about quality, or customer service. They do not care. We bought a used car and had sen worst experience we have EVER experienced! They do not care about quality, or customer service. They do not care. We bought a used car and had send it back for repairs, they returned it after having it for 5 weeks with out repairing all of the issues, and then the returned it with an expired temp tag. Not to mention after I told them it was never detailed when we recieved it the first time, they returned it again not detailed!! What a classless company. The car filthy inside and out. I would NOT recommend this dealership. More

The finance person Dave was a complete con artist who does not tell the truth about anything. This made our truck buying experience not fun. It is sad that they are like this at the facility and then eve does not tell the truth about anything. This made our truck buying experience not fun. It is sad that they are like this at the facility and then even the finance manager wont even return a phone call when you have asked to speak to him several times. Will never buy from Feldman's again or will never recommend it to anybody. More

YOU'RE BETTER OFF WALKING TO WORK THAN BUYING A CAR FROM JEREMY PASTORI & JOHN DENNE AT HIGHLAND CHEVROLET. EVEN ROLLERBLADING WOULD BE MORE RELIABLE THAN THE CARS THEY SELL. Literally, I wish I was joki JEREMY PASTORI & JOHN DENNE AT HIGHLAND CHEVROLET. EVEN ROLLERBLADING WOULD BE MORE RELIABLE THAN THE CARS THEY SELL. Literally, I wish I was joking. Check this out... I purchased an older 2011 Jeep Wrangler in as-is condition with a 3 month/3,000 POWERTRAIN warranty from Highland Chevrolet on February 25, 2021 (21 days ago as I write this review) from John Denne, a salesman of extreme pressure and a textbook example of a used car salesman - sleezy, internally fragile, and will lie to you with a smile. It was easy to tell he was smiling with the lack of a mask. I drive over an hour to see this car from Ohio. It should have been a red flag enough to hear John say, "You wouldn't drive an hour to see a car you weren't going to buy, were you?" I should have slapped the absolute goofy out of this man, but I am trying my best to become a Christian, so I indeed tried my best to keep myself together. So, here I am - the idiot who bought the Jeep. I have a newer Honda Civic as another car of mine, and as I walked out to the parking lot, my car was sideswiped on their property. CONVENIENTLY, they told me the security camera footage was down that day and they would not take responsibility. Ok. $1,400 later it's fixed the damage is fixed that I paid for. On the way home, the Jeep began to smoke under the hood. Out of worry, we immediately checked to find the cause of the smoke, as it turned out to be a leaking radiator and a cracked water pump, which would leak water onto the hot engine block, causing the coolant to evaporate, therefore billowing out vapor/smoke. I called Feldman and was tossed from person to person more than a bowl of Matzah Ball soup at a Bar Mitzvah, just to get ahold of the service manager Jason Pagmean who said to take the jeep for a local diagnosis and a inspection, as he promised he would AT LEAST cover the cost of the inspection. Well, 8 days later after the inspection, I get a call from this Jeremy Pastori greaseball who tried to nickel and dime me over the phone. It only took me to make 100 calls to the dealership for a call back from him. Long story short they didn't pay xxxx. I'm the xxxxxxx stuck with the bill. After seeing him on Highland's website, I would hate to see Jeremy dip into his hair gel budget to fix my car! Ironically, I got in touch with the previous owner of the Jeep I bought. A very sweet lady who shared something with me in common - we both hate this worn down dealership. She said she traded it in for a her daughter's Chevy Spark. The trade in value they paid her was $8,000.00. A little over a month later I paid $14,495 for it. John Denne said he only got $100 from the sale. They obviously have the money to fix it but are too cheap and care more about their bottom line. They obviously are screwing the salesman too. Or he's just lying, as used car salesman love to do. I write this not to xxxxx, but to SAVE YOU THE PAIN THAT I WENT THROUGH WITH THIS GREASY MAN JASON AND HIS ELVES UNDER HIS WATCH. I WISH THESE PEOPLE NOTHING BUT WORST, AND FOR JASON PASTORI TO ROT IN xxxx. IN THE FUTURE, I PLAN TO RETURN BACK TO SELLERS BUICK GMC - FARMINGTON HILLS WHERE VEHICLE QUALITY AND PRICES ARE EXCEEDINGLY ABOVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY. BUYER BEWARE - TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. IM NOT HERE TO ENDORSE ANY OTHER CAR DEALER - JUST ONES THAT HAVE TREATED ME WELL. EVEN IF THIS DEALERSHIP WAS GIVING AWAY FREE CARS, ID STILL WOULDN'T TOUCH ONE. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO A BLIND MECHANIC BEFORE HIGHLAND CHEVROLET FOR SERVICE AS WELL. xxxx JEREMY PASTORI xxxx HIGHLAND CHEVROLET Thank you for reading. More
