Attempting to pay off a lease vehicle, this dealership and Eric Swiden in particular tried to add $2000 in "processing" and "doc" fees to my buyout amount. Folks, all you owe is the buyout amount and the sales tax on that. I called GM financing and since I had the money in my checking account, I was able to pay it off right online, no extra fees at all. What REALLY chaps my xxx is that I gave Eric the opportunity to not only complete the sale on the lease vehicle, but lease me an additional vehicle and he blew that too. So long Feldman, NEVER again. More

Worst experience buying a car in my life! Can’t speak about the other salesmen, but Eric Swiden was unprofessional and out right disrespectful. On top of my 3 hour drive to the dealership from Ohio, my visit lasted 6 hours! Mostly do to Eric walking off to take care of other customers he thought would make him more money, making me wait 20 or more minutes at a time to ask simple questions, once I finally got the information I needed for my bank and approved for the car, he then sent me to a lobby to to wait to sign the papers, unlike other salesmen who let th sit with them, talk, build a relationship with the customer, Eric was off to the next deal. Next, I was told it should only take 10 or so minutes before I could sign my required document, after 30 minutes passed I went to go get an update and caught Eric in a wonderful conversation between him and a co-worker about me, i let him ramble on until he noticed me, him thinking I didn’t just hear the negative stuff coming from his mouth puts on a big smile and asked how he can help. So I asked again when would be going to financing, “should only be a few more minutes” I ended up watching the whole Duke basketball game that was on just waiting to go back to financing. The funniest part of this all is Mr. Swiden had the audacity to ask me to leave a 5 star review for him. Well here is your review buts it’s definitely not 5 stars. After some though I unfortunately decided not to do business with these people with there awful customer service and hope no one else has the same problem, but I definitely felt so disrespected and treated so badly I had to write a review. P.S. After finding out about this review they made sure to ask me to take it down, multiple times, calling me over and over again we’ll I’m work. Saying that the only reason I’m writing the review is because I can’t afford the payments. Well done Feldman Chevy. More

I made an appointment and was told to have my vehicle there at 7:00am. I was then told they wouldn't be looking at the problem for 3 days. I purchased an extended warranty that includes a loaner. This is the third time I took the vehicle in for the check engine light. The first time they kept it for 8 weeks. The second time they reset the alarm now the third time I get this. I don't know what has happened to Feldman. This is the third vehicle I purchased from them, they used to be a great dealer. More
