I turned my 2021 Colorado lease in at this dealership. A truck I took great care of and had 20,298 miles. My payoff on this vehicle was 28,000+ , I was told I would be given additional money if my vehicle appraised for more than what my payoff was. They said the payoff was a wash. I looked up the same truck with 25,000- 30,000 miles more at multiple dealerships and they were selling for 34,000-37,000 and questioned them! I understand they need to make a profit on vehicles they are purchasing and reselling. I was beyond irritated and feel taken advantage of- maybe because I am a woman! $10,000 more 😡 -my truck is listed for 38,574, I think this is shady. I would never recommend Feldman Chevrolet in Highland- I don’t know how they are listed as number one customer service. More

If I could give a zero star I would. I only made my purchase from Feldman because after much searching they had exactly what I wanted. The person who I was dealing with didn't seem to know much because he keep saying "let me go ask Jason about that". First they put items on the purchase agreement that I never asked for and didn't want. I was told it was something they had to add, but after letting them know I felt they were taking advantage of me they all of a sudden were able to take some of them off. This vehicle was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When I asked questions about warranty for Certified Pre-owned vehicles I was told I would have to purchase it, They said they don't do Certified Pre-owned because they are a GM company that offer CarBravo. On their website they advertised Certified Pre-owned vehicles. I've bought other Certified Pre-owned vehicles and was never told that before or had to buy the warranty. I asked about running boards for the vehicle and they checked with their service department. I was told they only had one type in stock so I made arrangements for them to be put on the truck. When I went to pick up the truck they weren't on it. I was told they were on back order. My brother took me to pick up the truck, he walked into the dealership a little while after me and was asked "are you looking for your old lady", not only did he think it was degrading, but also very unprofessional. I asked if they could do any better on the price. They said they could but only if I used their financing. When I signed papers I had to sign a paper that stated I got a dealership orientation tour which i didn't get because it was closing time. I was told I would get it when I picked up the truck, but I never got it. The truck was supposed to be detailed and ready to go when I got there, but it wasn't. I'm a woman and they were trying to take advantage of me from the minute I first walked through the door. If this truck wasn't exactly what I wanted I would have walked out and told them to keep their truck. More
It's the hard sell, and the customer matters little (if at all). Lots of games playing with the price. Once they se your credit score, you're nothing but prey to be exploited. I am severely disappointed and insulted by my last interaction at Feldman Highland, specifically with the general sales manager. I am a direct GM employee who had ordered a vehicle about 3 months ago interaction at Feldman Highland, specifically with the general sales manager. I am a direct GM employee who had ordered a vehicle about 3 months ago and have been patiently waiting for its arrival. A couple weeks ago, I was invited to look at a vehicle that had been recently received. While working with the product specialists, my interactions were normal and pleasant. After declining to continue with the vehicle I had been brought in to see, I was shown another vehicle on the lot. The vehicle was priced within $5-10k of the vehicle I had ordered and was the same make and model with a similar build. After going back and forth with the specialist, the manager came over. I attempted to explain that at that current moment, I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle. I hold my financial assets in hard, not liquid, forms and it takes a few days to move things around. I had also identified a $5k discrepancy from my original build/price sheet/gmfamilyfirst employee price and the price they claimed my ordered vehicle costs. They also were reluctant to supply another build & price sheet, deflecting the question. The conversation progressed from normal to aggressive and finally insulting. I am very much aware of sales tactics intended to degrade a person's financial situation in order for the buyer to feel the seller is "working with them" to purchase the product. This is an immoral tactic and very aggressive, I do not appreciate or tolerate it. At one point in the conversation, the sale's manager told me he was shocked I was even able to order the vehicle. I am luckily financially well-off and in no way would struggle to afford an approximately $50,000 vehicle. I was under complete scrutiny answering questions over private financial information, all while priorly deemed pre-qualified by GM financial for the vehicle. Feeling insulted from this completely unacceptable interaction, I am not continuing my business with Feldman Chevrolet of Highland and am requested that my deposit be returned to me. I will be contacting the GM global headquarters, the GM Ren Cen, and complaining of immoral sales tactics. No one should treat a customer like this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
My daughter was very happy with the service and knowledge of her salesman, Mike G, at the Feldman Chevrolet of Highland dealership in May of 2023. He took the vehicle for a test drive and the check engine light came on. They said it was low voltage on the battery so they replaced it. And that repair shows up on Car Fax. He purchased the car, but when he left the dealership with the car they didn't give him any of the paperwork. Which turned out to be a blessing, because the car kept throwing Check Engine codes, which they claim they fixed but nothing shows up on Car Fax saying anything was done. The blessing part is they put in the wrong county for where my son-in-law resides so all the paperwork needed to be resigned. Which he did not do. But for some reason, without paperwork, without an approved loan, Feldman Chevrolet sent a new registration to him in the mail and was told when the new Title for the vehicle comes in he needed to sign the car back over to Feldman Chevrolet and bring them the signed Title. It has been nearly two months and the Title has not been received by my son-in-law, but Feldman is still threatening to take "further actions" if he doesn't get them the Title. Hey Feldman Chevrolet, he never received the Title, so I'm not sure what further actions you can take. How about next time you don't sign over a vehicle to someone if you haven't even submitted the loan application. More
I went on a Tuesday to go look at a 2018 f150. When I got to the dealership and drove the vehicle it had a bad hum sound from the front end and a slight pull. Back at the dealership as I was check When I got to the dealership and drove the vehicle it had a bad hum sound from the front end and a slight pull. Back at the dealership as I was checking the fluids and inspecting under I found 2 oil leaks and found the oil level was low...even below the fill line. I asked the sales man Brandon if this vehicle was inspected and had an oil change and he assured me it had 109 point inspection and recent oil change. When I showed him the dip stick he was speechless and ended up saying the oil techs were "idiots" and didn't do their job properly. They pulled the vehicle in the back for service to check out and stated one oil leak was from the drain plug and one was from sloppy oil fill during the oil change. The vibration was a bad tire (which should have been caught during their 109 point inspection) but they would put all new tires on. 2 days later as they were changing the tires they said there was an axel issue found so they were going to have that fixed as well before I could come back up for the test drive. It would be ready Monday. So in the mean time I went through all their financing and had approval ready to go. I received a call Saturday from Brandon that it I didn't sign a purchase agreement, the vehicle would be sold out from underneath me. This I didn't u derstand as I was a pending deal. I found this to be a very bad buisness as I was waiting on their service department to fix it so I could come test drive and purchase it. I asked for a manager to call me Saturday, as well as called them with no call back. Again called Monday with no response and the vehicle is now marked as sold. They wasted an entire day of work, an hour and a half of my drive time to go there, and also now wasted a credit check which will have some impacts I'm sure when I take my buisness else where. Horrible buisness and complete lack of customer concern! More
