I am severely disappointed and insulted by my last interaction at Feldman Highland, specifically with the general sales manager. I am a direct GM employee who had ordered a vehicle about 3 months ago interaction at Feldman Highland, specifically with the general sales manager. I am a direct GM employee who had ordered a vehicle about 3 months ago and have been patiently waiting for its arrival. A couple weeks ago, I was invited to look at a vehicle that had been recently received. While working with the product specialists, my interactions were normal and pleasant. After declining to continue with the vehicle I had been brought in to see, I was shown another vehicle on the lot. The vehicle was priced within $5-10k of the vehicle I had ordered and was the same make and model with a similar build. After going back and forth with the specialist, the manager came over. I attempted to explain that at that current moment, I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle. I hold my financial assets in hard, not liquid, forms and it takes a few days to move things around. I had also identified a $5k discrepancy from my original build/price sheet/gmfamilyfirst employee price and the price they claimed my ordered vehicle costs. They also were reluctant to supply another build & price sheet, deflecting the question. The conversation progressed from normal to aggressive and finally insulting. I am very much aware of sales tactics intended to degrade a person's financial situation in order for the buyer to feel the seller is "working with them" to purchase the product. This is an immoral tactic and very aggressive, I do not appreciate or tolerate it. At one point in the conversation, the sale's manager told me he was shocked I was even able to order the vehicle. I am luckily financially well-off and in no way would struggle to afford an approximately $50,000 vehicle. I was under complete scrutiny answering questions over private financial information, all while priorly deemed pre-qualified by GM financial for the vehicle. Feeling insulted from this completely unacceptable interaction, I am not continuing my business with Feldman Chevrolet of Highland and am requested that my deposit be returned to me. I will be contacting the GM global headquarters, the GM Ren Cen, and complaining of immoral sales tactics. No one should treat a customer like this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
My daughter was very happy with the service and knowledge of her salesman, Mike G, at the Feldman Chevrolet of Highland dealership in May of 2023. Mike was very helpful and got her into the vehicle she has dreamed of for her first car purchase. We would both make the trip to work with Mike again in the future when we are ready to lease or purchase again. Thank you Mike G More

He took the vehicle for a test drive and the check engine light came on. They said it was low voltage on the battery so they replaced it. And that repair shows up on Car Fax. He purchased the car, but when he left the dealership with the car they didn't give him any of the paperwork. Which turned out to be a blessing, because the car kept throwing Check Engine codes, which they claim they fixed but nothing shows up on Car Fax saying anything was done. The blessing part is they put in the wrong county for where my son-in-law resides so all the paperwork needed to be resigned. Which he did not do. But for some reason, without paperwork, without an approved loan, Feldman Chevrolet sent a new registration to him in the mail and was told when the new Title for the vehicle comes in he needed to sign the car back over to Feldman Chevrolet and bring them the signed Title. It has been nearly two months and the Title has not been received by my son-in-law, but Feldman is still threatening to take "further actions" if he doesn't get them the Title. Hey Feldman Chevrolet, he never received the Title, so I'm not sure what further actions you can take. How about next time you don't sign over a vehicle to someone if you haven't even submitted the loan application. More
I went on a Tuesday to go look at a 2018 f150. When I got to the dealership and drove the vehicle it had a bad hum sound from the front end and a slight pull. Back at the dealership as I was check When I got to the dealership and drove the vehicle it had a bad hum sound from the front end and a slight pull. Back at the dealership as I was checking the fluids and inspecting under I found 2 oil leaks and found the oil level was low...even below the fill line. I asked the sales man Brandon if this vehicle was inspected and had an oil change and he assured me it had 109 point inspection and recent oil change. When I showed him the dip stick he was speechless and ended up saying the oil techs were "idiots" and didn't do their job properly. They pulled the vehicle in the back for service to check out and stated one oil leak was from the drain plug and one was from sloppy oil fill during the oil change. The vibration was a bad tire (which should have been caught during their 109 point inspection) but they would put all new tires on. 2 days later as they were changing the tires they said there was an axel issue found so they were going to have that fixed as well before I could come back up for the test drive. It would be ready Monday. So in the mean time I went through all their financing and had approval ready to go. I received a call Saturday from Brandon that it I didn't sign a purchase agreement, the vehicle would be sold out from underneath me. This I didn't u derstand as I was a pending deal. I found this to be a very bad buisness as I was waiting on their service department to fix it so I could come test drive and purchase it. I asked for a manager to call me Saturday, as well as called them with no call back. Again called Monday with no response and the vehicle is now marked as sold. They wasted an entire day of work, an hour and a half of my drive time to go there, and also now wasted a credit check which will have some impacts I'm sure when I take my buisness else where. Horrible buisness and complete lack of customer concern! More
If you are looking to buy a car please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. They clear engine codes off cars and then sell them to people. My friend bought a car and literally on the drive home check e favor and go elsewhere. They clear engine codes off cars and then sell them to people. My friend bought a car and literally on the drive home check engine light came on, they "fixed it" and guess what check engine light back on. The staff here was very rude as well. They just take advantage of people and will screw you over. More

The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went to a Chevrolet dealership to avoid the used car lot hassle and the used car lot hassle is exactly what I received. I drove 3 hours to Feldman I went to a Chevrolet dealership to avoid the used car lot hassle and the used car lot hassle is exactly what I received. I drove 3 hours to Feldman's for what I thought was a good deal and the experience has proven otherwise. I honestly should have walked away from the deal when no one would go over the sales agreement with me. I was given an iPad and told to click sign and next. When I had questions or was reading over the sales agreement, I was told to click sign and next. I did as instructed and not reading and just clicking sign and next added $2000 in hidden fees to the cost of my truck. I found the inflated sales price when I had to resign my paperwork because the finance guy had put down my address incorrectly. This caused the first delay in my title paperwork being sent to me. A couple of weeks go by and I still had not received my title. I reached out again to see what was going on as my 45 day temporary tag had 10 days left before it expired. I was once again sent paperwork to review and resign because their finance guy had for the second time incorrectly submitted the sales paperwork for the title transfer. I called again 2 days before my temporary tag was to expire and was told that it was not Feldman's fault for the delays, it was because of Covid. I was told to illegally drive on my expired plate until I received the paperwork for the title transfer. They would not send me a dealership plate to use. The day after my temporary tag expired I had to get a rental vehicle so I had transportation. I called Feldman again and asked for a manager and was transferred to the same finance guy that cannot do paperwork. I let him know of the situation and he then said he would send a dealership plate out the next business day. This was Saturday and the plate was not sent until Monday, I received it Tuesday and returned my rental. I spoke with another manager about the $500 rental bill and they said the rental was my choice and I should have driven illegally on the expired temporary tag. If you buy through Feldman, read over everything twice and still be ready to be cheated! More
Attempting to pay off a lease vehicle, this dealership and Eric Swiden in particular tried to add $2000 in "processing" and "doc" fees to my buyout amount. Folks, all you owe is the buyout amount and the sales tax on that. I called GM financing and since I had the money in my checking account, I was able to pay it off right online, no extra fees at all. What REALLY chaps my xxx is that I gave Eric the opportunity to not only complete the sale on the lease vehicle, but lease me an additional vehicle and he blew that too. So long Feldman, NEVER again.
