I seen a truck on there website that just came in. I went on Friday and Ben was the first person to greet me. Told him which truck I was interested in and within minutes I was test driving the truck. Very easy deal. Went in and looked at a vehicle that was set out for us prior to our arrival. I turned my 2021 Colorado lease in at this dealership. A truck I took great care of and had 20,298 miles. My payoff on this vehicle was 28,000+ , I was told I would be given additional money if my vehicle A truck I took great care of and had 20,298 miles. My payoff on this vehicle was 28,000+ , I was told I would be given additional money if my vehicle appraised for more than what my payoff was. They said the payoff was a wash. I looked up the same truck with 25,000- 30,000 miles more at multiple dealerships and they were selling for 34,000-37,000 and questioned them! I understand they need to make a profit on vehicles they are purchasing and reselling. I was beyond irritated and feel taken advantage of- maybe because I am a woman! $10,000 more 😡 -my truck is listed for 38,574, I think this is shady. I would never recommend Feldman Chevrolet in Highland- I don’t know how they are listed as number one customer service. More

If I could give a zero star I would. I only made my purchase from Feldman because after much searching they had exactly what I wanted. The person who I was dealing with didn't seem to k I only made my purchase from Feldman because after much searching they had exactly what I wanted. The person who I was dealing with didn't seem to know much because he keep saying "let me go ask Jason about that". First they put items on the purchase agreement that I never asked for and didn't want. I was told it was something they had to add, but after letting them know I felt they were taking advantage of me they all of a sudden were able to take some of them off. This vehicle was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When I asked questions about warranty for Certified Pre-owned vehicles I was told I would have to purchase it, They said they don't do Certified Pre-owned because they are a GM company that offer CarBravo. On their website they advertised Certified Pre-owned vehicles. I've bought other Certified Pre-owned vehicles and was never told that before or had to buy the warranty. I asked about running boards for the vehicle and they checked with their service department. I was told they only had one type in stock so I made arrangements for them to be put on the truck. When I went to pick up the truck they weren't on it. I was told they were on back order. My brother took me to pick up the truck, he walked into the dealership a little while after me and was asked "are you looking for your old lady", not only did he think it was degrading, but also very unprofessional. I asked if they could do any better on the price. They said they could but only if I used their financing. When I signed papers I had to sign a paper that stated I got a dealership orientation tour which i didn't get because it was closing time. I was told I would get it when I picked up the truck, but I never got it. The truck was supposed to be detailed and ready to go when I got there, but it wasn't. I'm a woman and they were trying to take advantage of me from the minute I first walked through the door. If this truck wasn't exactly what I wanted I would have walked out and told them to keep their truck. More
