Avoid Feldman Chevrolet of Highland and salesman Kurt. Kurt's only interest is getting you to sign on the dotted line before you walk out the door. They use bait and switch selling tactics. I saw an advertised price for a new vehicle, but after going there I was told that was the price if EVERY available discount was applied. I told him my bottom line price and that I had a friend's and family discount. He ran back to "discuss price" with his manager multiple times. I signed a purchase agreement and picked up the vehicle 4 days later. This place was unorganized and had no attention to detail (They misspelled my name and got my address wrong on all documents. They made me wait for 2 hours to install a liner to my vehicle that he claimed was already installed. He stated to me 2 times via text that it was already done. He also promised that the vehicle would be washed and detailed. That also was not done.) Then 5 weeks after picking up the vehicle, he texted me asking for my employee code. I told him I never said that I had an employee code. I had a friend's and family code and I sent it to him. He then told me "they" were ready to take action against me. That I needed to provide an employee number or else pay them $1400. That GM wanted their money and it was my problem. I contacted a GM representative and explained what was going on with this salesman. The GM representative told me that I was absolutely not responsible for paying this balance. That it was on the salesman to provide the appropriate codes at the time of sale. I advised Kurt that I had talked to a GM rep and he then backpedaled and said I wasn't responsible for this balance. But he tried playing it off like I was at fault, when in reality, he was pulling a fast one from the get-go. He just wanted the price to meet my bottom line to get me to sign. He applied an employee discount without my knowledge to get the price lower. Then came after me later for the balance. I'm sure I wasn't the first person he pulled this on and probably won't be the last. I should have gone with my gut instinct after my initial impression and walked away. My advice is to not do business here. Look at all the negative reviews of similar situations. More
BE CAUTIOUS - "Non-disclosures" Dealer Fraud Good news: If you are a first time customer with them, then you will be get good discounts and pleasing customer service. Just go for them ! But afte Good news: If you are a first time customer with them, then you will be get good discounts and pleasing customer service. Just go for them ! But after your 1st lease, you will be screwed up to the core and that's what happened to me. 1) Background: I took a 2016 Chevy traverse lease and got a reasonably good deal. Now, when I was thinking to purchase the vehicle as I have put in extra miles, dealership made sure that I don't want to own the vehicle. They themselves stated that Chevy vehicles will not last after 100k and there will be plenty of defects and maintenance costs. 2) Issue: Hence, went ahead and took 2019 Chevy traverse 10 days back. After the rate negotiations complete and while signing the paper, I was surprised to see that I am going to get a LS model instead of LT on top of a huge monthly lease price with $1000 down payment. When enquired, sales person provided a "false information" that there is no difference between the 2 models except 2nd row seat being a bench. Based on the trust and his statement, went ahead and signed all the documents. Later next day realized that there are lot of changes in both models especially LS missing the Remote start, no speaker sound in 3rd row seating, no driver seat automatic movement, no hard floor mats etc. Later when followed with my associated salesperson, he stated that he will try to rectify the defect by installing remote start and mats and will give a call back. But no response to emails/calls even after including the General manager "Jason Bellant" - jbellant@feldmanauto.com to my emails. No response from General manager either till now. 3) Proposed Request: Later, I convinced myself that instead of LT, I will stick to the same LS they provided with that HIGH lease cost. But I requested to reduce the lease terms to 2 years instead of 3 with same cost. 4) Request declined & Current Situation: Later the issue was forwarded to Customer relations manager Chris Boring, who is extremely poor in listening skills & communication. No response from him for almost 3-4 days and finally when followed by me again in a phone call, he just simply said a sorry that he is busy for 4 days and stated that "Sorry to say, we cant take your request". I have escalated the issue to GM Chevy customer service and looking forward for some help. More
Untrustworthy, false advertising, misleading Feldman ran a commercial this past summer saying and I quote " If you cant find the car your looking for we will find it for you" unquote. I spoke wit Feldman ran a commercial this past summer saying and I quote " If you cant find the car your looking for we will find it for you" unquote. I spoke with used car managers first and put in my request. No response. I then talked to the General managers of a couple of the dealerships they assured me they would find me the car. Again No response. They all assured me they have the connections which they do and they are at the auctions weekly. I then was put in contact with the COO of Feldman he personally told me we will help you and put me in touch with another wild chase and no effort was made to find me this car and he would not return my calls as recently as last week. I was told by his receptionist he said he would call right back and never did. Is this professional? Isnt there not integrity anymore and cant you take a mans word when they tell you they will help you out? Furthermore the operater at the Chevy Dealer kept hanging up on me and was very rude. When I learned that Mark Walberg teamed with Feldman I thought I was in good hands as Mark is a stand up guy who really cares about people. Surely he has no knowledge of this or Im sure he would make this work out. Nonetheless these people can not be trusted from the bottom to the top as Iv experianced this first hand. I recommend stay away from this entire Feldman Dealerships and especially the Pre-Owned store as you cant trust anybody in this Company at any store. " Dont let the world change your smile. Let your smile change the world" Its hard to smile when your trying to improve your life and get out right lied to and putting your trust in people that give you their word they will help you. I politely asked that Jay Feldman return my call I was told he would get the message but no response. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the entire group and dont do business with them. Ineresting isnt it, the truth I mean it usually is once you get to it. More

He not only took the time out of his day to talk with them on the phone but to make them feel welcome. The service was beyond anything my father has had at multiple dealerships prior to coming to Kurt at your Highland location. They came in to just look and were on a budget and Kurt was able to support them. Thank you again for helping them in there time of need. More
Tire rotation part of your service? Better mark your tires Hopefully this was a one time thing for them, but I took my vehicle purchased new back for my 2nd free oil change/full service including tire rotation Hopefully this was a one time thing for them, but I took my vehicle purchased new back for my 2nd free oil change/full service including tire rotation. On a wild hunch I marked each tire in advance since this is a truck I'm keeping long term and I want my tires to last. I need not include all the details, but I caught them NOT performing the tire rotation that I had confirmed in advance was included in this service. It was late in the day so the service techs had already left for the day (that was fast), and when I returned the following week to get my rotation was given no reason as to how it happened (other than 3 techs were working on it and each thought the other performed the service ~ weak answer). With that answer I can do nothing but expect no improvement over my first visit, but we'll never know because I will not return. More
WARNING - Their advertised prices are only for GM EMPLOYEES Beware of this dealership. They advertised a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 for $40,655. When I inquired about purchasing, they asked if I'm a Chevy em Beware of this dealership. They advertised a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 for $40,655. When I inquired about purchasing, they asked if I'm a Chevy employee. Of course I told them no. Then if I was a supplier, or a relative of a supplier. That would have made the truck 45K. Since I was neither a Chevy employee or a supplier, the truck advertised for $40,655 would be around 48K plus tax. When I told him that it's not honest to advertise something for a lower price than 99% of the population can qualify for, the salesman claimed they have disclaimers, that every dealership does it that way, and that they're in a competitive market. Then he finally conceded that he doesn't make the decisions. If you search hard enough I suppose you can find them, but it's certainly not what I consider ethical or honest. Their game is to attract as many leads as possible online with a fake low price that almost nobody will qualify for. They'll ask for your contact info, which you give based on the low advertised price, and then follow up incessantly to get a sale. I'd recommend avoiding them. If they advertise in an unethical manner, there's likely to be other unethical things they do. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS Drove 50 miles to look at a 2010 Dodge Challenger and possibly buy. Talked to salesman Patrick Turner about it and we agreed on a price only to find Drove 50 miles to look at a 2010 Dodge Challenger and possibly buy. Talked to salesman Patrick Turner about it and we agreed on a price only to find out it was about $1,000 more when he drew up the purchase agreement. He told me his dealership would pay off my current lease which had two more months left on it but found out he wanted to use my money to pay it off. And even though I gave him the money to pay it off he didn't do it. So I had to pay it off myself and wait 6 weeks to get my money back from the dealership after numerous phone calls. According to another review that I read was "this dealership adds on extra fees after price negotiations in order to cancel out the price drops they agreed to". Also I tried to talk to the used car manager(James) but everything goes to voicemail and he never returned my calls. Nobody will answer the phone unless you're buying a car. Also was promised a $50 gift card for taking a test drive but they're out of them when you ask for it. And to make matters worse I was driving on a dealer plate for 6 weeks which is a violation of state law. They did not have the title when they sold me the car and it took 6 weeks for me to get the title and registration. I can't speak about other salesman but these tactics seem to be pervasive and encouraged throughout the dealership. More
Sneaky and Untrustworthy After buying my first car at this dealership, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Got suckered into the high pressure sal After buying my first car at this dealership, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Got suckered into the high pressure sales tactics and they put me into a loan that I was upside down on the moment I left the dealership. Then, told me to get the warranty that will cover everything, even the powertrain, even though GM has their powertrain warranty. They do not have your best interest in mind when selling you a car. Even the service department is rude and claims they cannot find an issue. I brought my car in there 3 times for a squeaky blower motor and on the third time when the squeaking was so bad was when they finally replaced it. Steer clear of this dealership! More
