I am never recommend this dealership and avoid this place. Will Burnette was my sales man and all he did was lie he said he would pay off my previous lease, and he did not after all the paperwork was signed he's no longer responsible for his error. Nobody made the phone call to my previous least paid off and now that all the paperwork is signed I am responsible for the leftover payment on my previous lease after they said no problem they'll buy me out. Nobody took care of it now I have two car payments because Will did not do his job !!!!!! Then I got general mang involved and his name is Jason BELLANT he treated me so disrespectfull and unprofessional he was very rude on top of it , when I came to find out and clear the situation he threw the paper work and said he is not paying from his pocket and this conversation is over with . He waved his hand in front of my face like I was absolutely nothing. Turned his back and walked away as I was crying and I was shaking all over. I have bought many cars over my years and I've never been treated like this in any situation of purchasing a vehicle in my life I do not recommend this dealership to anybody please please please read the reviews before making your purchase!!!! they don't even want to make a deal. Less then 2 months old the transmission went on this brand new vehicle!!!! Will asked me to give him a good review which I did because he was legit so I gave him five stars I am retracting that five stars he gets zero stars because all he did was lie , More
Do not buy from Feldman if you want quality sales/service This place is awful. Starting with Dan Miller in sales, all the way through to service I urge anyone to avoid this dealer and especially Dan Miller. This place is awful. Starting with Dan Miller in sales, all the way through to service I urge anyone to avoid this dealer and especially Dan Miller. Dan was not helpful or even interested whatsoever in an issue I had with the windshield being installed incorrectly on a Silverado I purchased off their lot (used, under 30k miles). What a joke that there is no concern at all on the part of Dan to have this fixed. You would think that Dan would ensure an issue such as a leaking seal on a windshiled, on a vehicle purchased the day before, would be a priority for him and his team, but no, they don't care one bit. STAY AWAY from this place, I surely will and will spread the word as much as possible that feldman auto, and Dan Miller are a joke. More
Horrible Dealership! I contacted this dealership regarding a specific vehicle. The price listed is obviously not what you’re getting it for. I asked for the bottom line on I contacted this dealership regarding a specific vehicle. The price listed is obviously not what you’re getting it for. I asked for the bottom line on the vehicle with what I actually qualify for before my trade in. I told them I didn’t want to get there and find major surprises. I got a call back with a monthly number that was where I wanted to be. I drove over an hour out to the dealership to be told the vehicle was sold. The guy acted like we’d never spoken and asked all the same questions we’d already gone over. He comes back with numbers $10000 over the ad and $6000 over what I was expecting to spend. I asked for the key to my car back. The sales person had to get it from the finance guy. I’m asked how far we are from a deal and I said about $6000 off. He said he can’t find that much. I again asked for my key and told him this is NOT what I agreed to and left. One of them called me a xxxxx as I walked out. I will never do business with another Feldman dealership. More
The worst place to buy a truck My son in law bought a truck. Less than 24 hrs.later the trans line blew a hole. Cost to replace $550 dollars. We called Greg the salesman and he said it would be taken care of. Than we call back and were told the warranty would take care of it. Guess what neither took care of it . They sent me $300 dollars in gas cards to compensate. Ok fine i took the loss. But they also sold him a warranty for 2 years. Nope the warranty company says it is good for a year. Greg said they would take care of it. Nope just called the company due to the fact the truck is in the shop for a failed turbo. Have called Greg and the dealership as a whole. Leave a msg. no return call. Mind you this truck was purchased in July. DO NOT GO THERE. More
Sold me a lemon I bought a 2013 Mailbu back in October 2018. Thought I was getting a decent price for it, but have since had to drop about $2000 in repairs on the car I bought a 2013 Mailbu back in October 2018. Thought I was getting a decent price for it, but have since had to drop about $2000 in repairs on the car. Some of the work was stuff that Feldman should have done before selling this car to anyone - basics like changing the spark plugs and cleaning the cylinders from carbon buildup. Three tires with slow leaks! It had bad struts. Transmission and radiator leaks. It drove great when I tested it, but started having problems within a month. I don't expect any dealership to fix every single little problem with a used car before selling it, but this car seems inordinately problematic to me. I wish I'd stuck with my 2003 Ford Focus - gave it to my step daughter and (even with a transmission replacement!) it's still been a more reliable car with fewer maintenance costs. Also, they claimed they could find me a better interest rate than my credit union and I agreed to have them check and they ran my credit at so many places my score, which was super good, took a hit!! I'm really disappointed that Feldman sold the Malibu to me in such bad shape. Feels like I got swindled and they were just unloading a car that hadn't been taken care of by previous owner onto me. That or it's just a straight up lemon. It's definitely pretty and the newest car I've ever owned and, when it's working, it drives nice, but this has been a really bad experience since driving off the lot - I just want people who are looking at Feldman for used cars to go with care and have it checked by your mechanic! More
