Avoid this dealership! Horrible customer service! I was told they would have a vehicle for me to see on a specific day. When I arrived I was told that it was 20 minutes down the road at their other locati told they would have a vehicle for me to see on a specific day. Called the dealership in the morning and asked if they could bring a used truck I wanted to buy to Lansing. Tylar Piotraczk said I would get a better deal if I went there. So I made an appointment for later in the day to look at it. The dealership called within the hour to confirm my appointment. when I arrived and asked for Tylar he said he was busy. We went to look at the truck in the lot where he said it was. Another salesman said it had been sent somewhere that day and sold! I had driven an hour. When I went in to speak to Tylar he was waving his phone in the air saying he had never spoke to me. Apparently feeling the need to prove it. I told him I still had his number and the time I had spoke to him. Also the text from the dealership confirming the appointment. Would an apology have been so difficult? Never, no never go to this dealership! More
2 different cars - service incomplete Thought I'd give this dealership a second chance after my first experience. First time I brought in my vehicle that had been rear ended and the repairs would be fully covered by insurance. There was additional damage to the front of the car that I was from an unrelated incident that I'd be covering the cost of. Had a repair order for both fixes and needed them done so I could turn in the vehicle lease. They kept it 2 weeks longer than the originally said they would and then when I came in to pick up the vehicle only the insurance claim work had been completed. 2 more weeks to have the other repairs completed. Just this past Dec I brought my car in to have an body work done from from someone hitting my car, fully covered by an insurance claim again. Brought with me an special service warranty bulletin from GM that involved a leaking breaklight. My trunk was full of water from this issue. Talked to 4 people to show them the issue they assured me that after the body work repairs the leak would be looked at. 1 month later when they finally completed the body work I show to up get the vehicle and guess what no one had looked at the leak and they all claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. Left the vehicle with them again only to be called later to tell me that my vehicle had exceeded the mileage on the bulletin so while they worked with GM to get the cost reduced they still had to charge me $120. Its cost me more than that taking time off work to not pick up my vehicle 2 different times when they don't do what they say they are going to do. Any offer to cover the $120. Nope. Any offer of anything to compensate me for time wasted when they don't complete the repair (either time) nope nothing, not a free oil change, offer to offset a $120 charge nothing just "oops sorry about that". Will NEVER deal with the dealership again for service or car purchases. More
Let me first say that the original salesman that I talked to Brandon Motis was supposed to be my salesman and I had a scheduled appointment for 12 noon. I arrived at the dealership and had to wait 30 minutes before Brandon told me he was too busy and would have to give me to another salesman which was Eric Swiden. I started talking with Eric and advised him that I was pre-approved from GM Financial already and that he would not need to run my credit all you would have to do is just contact GM Financial and he would not even talk to me or do a deal unless the dealership was to run another credit report. I explained to him my budget and he kept trying to negotiate more and longer terms which would have put the vehicle pass the 36-month warranty covering it Bumper to Bumper the gentleman in Back That is supposed to be the finance manager is very not professional and the actual dealership totally as a whole is the worst dealership I have ever been to and will never go back there and will be advising everybody I know that this dealership has poor service and does not go by the Numbers at all More
Be careful. They do not do what they say. Even when you are pre appoved with a bank they will run your name through every bank. Bot sure what they do with your down payment and when you ask the wrong que are pre appoved with a bank they will run your name through every bank. They did a horrible job detailing my vehicle if they did at all. I'm very disappointed with this dealership and would not reccomend them to anyone . They are no better than your typical 8 mile car dealer. The down payment is what gets me the most. They can not explain where it goes and it does not reflect on your contract as a down payment it just disappears. Oh and pay attention to the cost of the vehicle you purchase not only do they make your down payment disappear they will add on to you total amount financed. Do not trust this dealership. More
Took 6 hours to finalize the sale of vehicle. Had to go back to sign paper finance guy missed. Took in 2 weeks later to get some issues taken care of ( all pre arranged) another 6 hours because the parts w back to sign paper finance guy missed. They do not care / value about customers time. Hope they do all work correct. Will take to another Chevrolet dealership in future for any work. Not at all impressed with this dealer. More

I am never recommend this dealership and avoid this place. Will Burnette was my sales man and all he did was lie he said he would pay off my previous lease, and he did not after all the paperwork was signed he's no longer responsible for his error. Nobody made the phone call to my previous least paid off and now that all the paperwork is signed I am responsible for the leftover payment on my previous lease after they said no problem they'll buy me out. Nobody took care of it now I have two car payments because Will did not do his job !!!!!! Then I got general mang involved and his name is Jason BELLANT he treated me so disrespectfull and unprofessional he was very rude on top of it , when I came to find out and clear the situation he threw the paper work and said he is not paying from his pocket and this conversation is over with . He waved his hand in front of my face like I was absolutely nothing. Turned his back and walked away as I was crying and I was shaking all over. I have bought many cars over my years and I've never been treated like this in any situation of purchasing a vehicle in my life I do not recommend this dealership to anybody please please please read the reviews before making your purchase!!!! they don't even want to make a deal. Less then 2 months old the transmission went on this brand new vehicle!!!! Do not buy from Feldman if you want quality sales/service This place is awful. Dan was not helpful or even interested whatsoever in an issue I had with the windshield being installed incorrectly on a Silverado I purchased off their lot (used, under 30k miles). What a joke that there is no concern at all on the part of Dan to have this fixed. You would think that Dan would ensure an issue such as a leaking seal on a windshiled, on a vehicle purchased the day before, would be a priority for him and his team, but no, they don't care one bit. STAY AWAY from this place, I surely will and will spread the word as much as possible that feldman auto, and Dan Miller are a joke. More
Horrible Dealership! I contacted this dealership regarding a specific vehicle. The price listed is obviously not what you’re getting it for. I asked for the bottom line on the vehicle with what I actually qualify for before my trade in. I told them I didn’t want to get there and find major surprises. I got a call back with a monthly number that was where I wanted to be. I drove over an hour out to the dealership to be told the vehicle was sold. The guy acted like we’d never spoken and asked all the same questions we’d already gone over. He comes back with numbers $10000 over the ad and $6000 over what I was expecting to spend. I asked for the key to my car back. The sales person had to get it from the finance guy. I’m asked how far we are from a deal and I said about $6000 off. He said he can’t find that much. I again asked for my key and told him this is NOT what I agreed to and left. One of them called me a xxxxx as I walked out. I will never do business with another Feldman dealership. More
The worst place to buy a truck My son in law bought a truck. Less than 24 hrs.later the trans line blew a hole. Cost to replace $550 dollars. We called Greg the salesman and he said it would be taken care of. Than we call back and were told the warranty would take care of it. Guess what neither took care of it . They sent me $300 dollars in gas cards to compensate. Ok fine i took the loss. But they also sold him a warranty for 2 years. Nope the warranty company says it is good for a year. Greg said they would take care of it. Nope just called the company due to the fact the truck is in the shop for a failed turbo. Have called Greg and the dealership as a whole. Leave a msg. no return call. Mind you this truck was purchased in July. DO NOT GO THERE. More
