This was the most dishonest and disrespectful group of induvial I've ever dealt with. After test driving a used truck, we at down to discuss the price. The first number they brought tom me was 2,000 dollars over the asking price online, plus had over 3,000 dollars of added "insurance protection packages" added in. I asked why it was 2,000 dollars higher and the salesman played dumb, commenting something about there computer system made a mistake. Then they wouldn't remove the upcharge for the "etch" theft protection, or the "poly" paint protection. I didn't want either but was told they were already on there (which I do not believe because they took the truck to detail after we agreed to purchase, even though he told me it was detailed before we got there). that tells me these things are not on there until they do in fact sucker the buyer into paying for it. After a short test drive and settling on a price, we sat in the showroom for 2 hours before paper work was ready to sign on CASH sale. this is a complete unacceptable disrespect for our time. (we still had a 2 hour drive home) and didn't leave the dealer till after 9 pm. Wont be back, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. More

Salesman Brandon Motis pulled the old bait-and-switch, telling her the used one would be $1,500 less than the new one. In reality, it ended up costing thousands more once they loaded on nearly $5,000 in fees. I even spoke directly with salesman Kirk Damavolitis, who assured me he would “take care of her” since he has two daughters of his own. I was out of town and trusted him. Instead, they took advantage of my daughter and let her drive away in a car that cost more than new. A 19-year-old shouldn’t have to learn the hard way that some dealerships prey on young buyers. If you value honesty and transparency, be very careful before signing anything here. We will be filing complaints with the Michigan Attorney General and BBB. More
