I Stopped at Federico to look at a new Durango - I did not intend to buy as I have been a very loyal customer of another dealership. Never once were we pressured to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Kerry specifically told us that what is important to him, is that we end up with a vehicle that works for us. We did! Craig and Ed did a wonderful job helping us getting familiar with the Journey before and after the purchase and the service since then in has been incredible. Jeremy explained everything to my husband and I before we left. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and they were so nice to her. She was entertained the whole time. My husband was very happy with the price, but more important to us was the treatment we received when we were there. Well after a completely wasted Saturday and Monday evening we We have always been told that to get your best deal that you needed to go to St.Louis. Well after a completely wasted Saturday and Monday evening we learned otherwise. The big dealer with all the big promises would not deliver on what the salesman had put in writing. After getting jerked around for 6 hours over 2 days my husband and I walked out. Even though my husband had flames shooting out of his ears,I talked him into stopping at Federico Dodge. We were greeted promptly at the door and even though they did not have the exact Journey we wanted,they found one at another dealer and had it for us the next day and did the pricing the big St.Louis jerks lied about. We have always financed through our credit union and found out that it could all be done right there at Federico through our credit union at the same rate.No hassle nice guy took care of all required paperwork promptly,and after signing our loan papers our new Journey was parked in the showroom out of the weather and ready to go. A real touch of class. I am not one to generally take the time to write reviews,but I hope that others will have just as an exceptional experience at Federico as we did. More
