Went to this dealer in 2012 to purchase a new car because of our positive experience with the service department (even with cars we did not purchase from them. Bought a new Charger last year and have contin of our positive experience with the service department (even with cars we did not purchase from them. Bought a new Charger last year and have continued using the service department for it and our 2008 Pacifica and they continue to not disappoint. For this particular service appointment, I had some warranty work performed on the Charger...I got in at my appointment time, was greeted in a friendly manner by both Rick and Chris, had to wait only 45 minutes for the work to be performed, Chris personally came to the waiting room to get me when the car was ready and the work was completed to my expectations. Even if you don't purchase your Chrysler or Dodge vehicle from Federico, you should consider giving their service department the opportunity to build a relationship with you. They don't fail to impress. More
