Its not easy to find a manual transmission now days, so we were really interested in trading our 2008 Ford Explorer for this vehicle, even though we hadnt intended on buying a new SUV right away. We didnt want this Jeep to slip away!! We were very upside down in our loan for the Explorer, having only owned it for 2 1/2 years. But, Larry Burch (salesman) was eager to assist in finding options for us. It took the weekend, but Monday morning I got the call that financing had been secured for us and the deal was a go. Larry kept in touch with us all of Saturday to keep us up to date on what was going on. We needed an option added to the Jeep - running boards - as we have a 6 year old daughter & we realized she was going to have a difficult time getting in and out of the Jeep without hurting herself. I was very happy that these running boards were ordered for our new Jeep at no charge, and will be installed in a couple of days at no charge.We picked up our brand new Jeep Wrangler last night 9/30. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly & helpful. We met with the Business Manager to sign our paperwork, the process was very quick & simple. After the i's were dotted & the t's crossed, we were given our new keys & taken on a little tour - to show us where we would go if we needed service or parts. Our new Jeep was presented to us detailed & ready to go. We were shown how to operate different options of the vehicle & welcomed to call or come by with any questions. We were in and out, & driving home within about an hour of arrival. I highly recommend Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We had a very positive experience. We hope to keep our Jeep for a very very VERY long time - but when the time comes, we will definately look to this dealership for our next vehicle. Whether it be 3 years from now, or 15 years from now. One thing we really liked about Federico was that the sales staff, financing staff, & service staff were very adaptive to us. This Jeep is the 11th vehicle my husband and I have purchased over the years, therefore, we are no stranger to the vehicle buying process. We've had many experiences, both good & bad, & in the past, we've had dealers be very standoffish that we already knew the ins and out of buying a vehicle. The staff at Federico seemed in tune to our reactions, & went from there. If we seemed a bit confused over a piece of paperwork, it was explained to us. When I was ansy about finding out the financing news (due to our negative equity), I was reassured that in this type of situation, it can take some time to find the right financing for us. Nothing about this experience was unpleasant. Again, I highly recommend Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep - and ask for Larry Burch - he is an awesome, friendly, down to earth guy & very pleasant to deal with every step of the way. More

We have been long time customers to our town Chrysler/Dodge/jeep dealership. Had several life changes this year and needed to update our vehicle. Our local dealership could not make it happen. We were greeted by a friendly, motivated, professional, sales representative. He listened to our needs, understood our time constraints, and tolerated our grouchy children who were in tow. Solidified a deal, drove away in the automobile feeling great about our visit. Due to our time constraints we needed to finish business Monday night. The staff called my husband first thing in the morning to notify him that he had found a lower rate than what we are able to get with our credit union. Paperwork was ready, our automobile was washed, full tank of gas, and ready in the show room when we finished with finance manager. Our experience was top notch. Really could not have asked for better service. We will refer to Federico when we get the chance and we hope to continue to do business with them in the future. More
