If Federico doesn't have the vehicle in their inventory, they will scour the Chrysler Group Dealer Network to find the vehicle that you want with the right color and options. Federico found the vehicle I wanted the same day, even when the vehicle was in transit to another dealer fresh from the factory, and had it delivered to me the next day! In fact, I did everything over the phone and did not have to set foot into the dealership until the day I picked up the vehicle. Larry also follows up on your sale after you leave the dealer to make sure you are completely satisfied, If something is not right he will fix it. This is my third purchase from Federico and I have been completely satisfied every time. We stepped on to the lot, and quickly (but friendly, and not in a sales-pressure way) Tony approached us and asked if we had any questions or anything he could help us with. Turns out it was he who took such great care of my wife when she last bought a car. So friendly, professional, knowledgable, and all-around great guy, Tony provided the exact kind of experience we all wish car dealerships were like! Our new Jeep story- Eric and Lisa Jones Leetonia, Ohio On Tuesday April 9 we left Ohio on a business trip, while driving thru Illinois on our way to Tulsa, Oklahoma we experienced major problems with our 2 On Tuesday April 9 we left Ohio on a business trip, while driving thru Illinois on our way to Tulsa, Oklahoma we experienced major problems with our 2005 Dodge 3500. We located a dealer and when we arrived they told us to leave it and they would get to it no later than Monday!!!! We found another dealer fairly close by so we called Federico Dodge to see if they could look at it and diagnose and also repair it. Rick Reed reassured us he could get it in but it would be a little while. Upon arriving there we were pretty stressed out, we discussed the situation with Rick as to repairs that were just done days prior to going on this trip. We inquired about a rental car but Enterprise did not have any. We hung around the dealership and started looking at the used cars to kill time. Larry Burch approached us in an extremely friendly manner and said if we needed help let him know. They had some real nice ones but a car just doesn't fit our lifestyle with 2 Australian Cattle dogs.They had 3 Jeep Wranglers and even though we had never even thought of having one they really impressed us. Very up to date but also all the same great features of the older Wranglers. For the heck of it we decided to take a test drive, we noticed the one we were looking at was gone. Someone else was test driving it, when they returned we heard them say it has no pickup, no go. We looked at each other Because we both drive Cummins Diesels, we like power. The test drive went great, it was real comfortable and had more power than I even expected. We returned and told Larry we really liked it but we weren't really there to buy a Jeep but to get our truck repaired.When we came in we noticed a new red and black Jeep on the hill out front!!! Several more hours passed without a word from Enterprise, we were still talking a lot about the Jeep. We both wanted it but were hesitant it was an impulse buy due to our situation with our truck. We were approached by Kerry the General Manager close to closing time. He was told the situation with the loaner cars being out and no cars at Enterprise, without any hesitation he put us in the Jeep we test drove for the night. Rick was working hard on getting our truck fixed so we could be back on the road in the morning. We stopped at Rodney's office on the way out for the paperwork in case we decided we wanted the Jeep. It was a long night discussing the Jeep, We returned in the morning and bought the new Jeep Wrangler Sahara!!! Our truck was completed at the same time so we left it there until our return trip home and drove off in a wonderful new Jeep!!!!! We can't say enough about the entire team at Federico Dodge. This visit truly restored our faith in a Dealership!!! Hats off to LARRY, RICK AND RICK, KERRY, BOB and the entire staff!!!! More

Totaled out our van and had to replace it. Called Steve and he immediately had an option to replace it. We came in the next day and he had everything ready for us to take delivery of our next Town and Cou and he immediately had an option to replace it.
