charging double for labor The service department at this dealership has dropped the ball on many occasions and they are they showed no remorse or customer service skills. they The service department at this dealership has dropped the ball on many occasions and they are they showed no remorse or customer service skills. they offered me a 300 dollar refund but no apology!!!!and when they tried to resolve the complaint I filed with Chrysler by immediately declaired I had been obnoxious when I was upset about them charging double for labor that other jeep dealers.!!!!!!!!!!!!! the general manager at this location acted very aggressive and borderline violent when I interrupted him in his office because he would not speak to me in person he sent his service advisor out to tell me that he would not speak to me but then after I interrupted him he said he was going to speak to me. and that was yet another lie. this dealership is obviously operating a scamto take advantage of people that are just try and get their vehicles fixedI spent 1400 dollars at this dealership and I regret every cent of it.I was told by Chrysler customer service to contact the dealership to try to resolve this situation and I tried to contact the general manager he had the service manager call me back in the service manager was not even aware that I had been quoted double the labor hours as the other dealerships and that's why I was so upset. I just wonder how many elderly and single mothers got overcharged for service at Bob Federico's location in Wood River Illinois??????????????? More

Keith Dalton was very easy to work with and he was exceedingly patience with us while we tried to decided what to do. He even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork and sell us the car. The finance guy Steve Moore however was extremely insistent with the extended warranties. He was rather rude and terse with us after we declined taking any extended warranties. Overall I would go back there to buy a new car from Keith Dalton, but I won't ever deal with Steve again. More
