My husband has bought around 30 cars in his lifetime (so he knows what he's doing).. the sales member at the other dealer treated us like we had no idea what we were doing and was disrespectful during our short time there! We decided lets go down the road and see how Federico is... Well am I glad that we did! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with several smiley faces! Larry welcomed us and asked how he could help... We explained what happened at the other dealer and he apologized (even tho he didn't have to) and started helping turn our car buying experience around!
