After doing some research, I found a pre owned polestar available at Frederico. I set up apt to test drive. My salesman, Billy, was very friendly. He was also going to look into finding the other key fob for the vehicle. I purchased the car and checked back with him twice over two week span. He said he was “ looking into it “and then just never got back with me. I ended up purchasing a charging station through Bestbuy and never received another key fob. I was only given one with the purchase :( More
Sold a vehicle that obviously had machinical issues within 3 months broke down. Federico Chrysler said the estimated out of pocket cost was $3,000.00. I took my 2002 Dakota in for 1 recall issue.Was told there was 2,but since the ball joints had been replaced before I bought it,they would not be replacing them.The truck would not go in to park.Both is there was 2,but since the ball joints had been replaced before I bought it,they would not be replacing them.The truck would not go in to park.Both issues were to be fixed by Dodge.When I picked it up,it was worse than when I took it to them.I had to put it in another shop to have it fixed correctly.Justin didn't k now what he was doing.He wanted to argue with me every time I talked to him.They charged me for an hour of labor to put my truck back together from recall work.I will be calling Chrysler Dodge to file a formal complaint.They told me they replaced the ball joints that had already been replaced.I'm sure they charged Dodge for that work. More
