After taking my car selection to my mechanic, who had several suggestions as to needs, Tony conferred with his boss and complied on 1 of the suggestions. I decided to purchase the car anyway but while signing the paperwork expressed my displeasure that they were selling me a car with 2 rear wheels that needed to be replaced. Again Tony conferred with his boss and reached the decision that they would purchase 1 and I would purchase one. That for me was doable. Also was told I would have a full tank of gas on purchase and that didn't happen. All in all the experience was pleasurable and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this place to purchase another car. More

Purchased used van. We purchased a used van from the dealership. Tony made the purchase and paperwork go fast but, as soon as he had our payment, did not return our call We purchased a used van from the dealership. Tony made the purchase and paperwork go fast but, as soon as he had our payment, did not return our calls to coordinate picking up the vehicle after having the vehicle prepared for delivery. As part of the paperwork, this dealer has a clause on the delivery sheet that states that by signing, you agree that you are 100% satisfied with your treatment-a bogus maneuver to prevent lawsuits. When we requested the second set of keys, Tony failed to return our calls. When we showed up at the dealership, he indicated that he couldn't locate the second set of keys. The second day we had the van, the front driver's side tire went flat. Upon inspection of the tire at another garage, the mechanic indicated that it had a faulty plug/patch from the previous owner and had been leaking air and was sold with a tire which was a serious risk to the driver so we had to purchase a new tire. The mechanic indicated that the tire was likely aired up to get it off of the sales lot. Avoid this dealership. More
