A great buying experience I had searched online for several weeks for a used jeep. I made initial contact and was informed via phone the next day that the vehicle I had expres I had searched online for several weeks for a used jeep. I made initial contact and was informed via phone the next day that the vehicle I had expressed an interest in had sold. Farah offered some suggestions as to alternative vehicles in a similar price range, and the following day Sheryl McCormick called. The next day I visited the dealership and picked out a used Jeep, and the day after that I took my wife along to get her approval. It took a few minutes, but eventually we reached an agreement on the price and drove the Jeep home that afternoon. Had it not been fro the friendliness and patience of Sheryl, we may not have made the purchase. We were almost ready to leave and go to another dealership and Sheryl convinced her boss that for the right deal we would buy there. It worked. More

Buying a new car with no pressure to buy. I stopped by Federico Kia to look for a new van. I was greeted by BRENT MARBURGER and I stated I would like a new Sedona with leather seats and the I stopped by Federico Kia to look for a new van. I was greeted by BRENT MARBURGER and I stated I would like a new Sedona with leather seats and the color blue. He showed me the features on a Sedona on the showroom floor and then stated he would attempt to locate a Sedona with the options I requested. A few minutes later he not only had located the van that I wanted but also had a VERY FAIR PRICE. No pressure to buy but I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I signed the deal within about 20 minutes after I arrived. The rest of the staff was very efficient with the paperwork. I would recommend FEDERICO KIA and I would ask for BRENT MARBURGER. More
