Federico makes purchasing a car a pleasure. I was looking for a specific model of the Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent several weeks shopping dealer lots as well as dealer internet websites in the I was looking for a specific model of the Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent several weeks shopping dealer lots as well as dealer internet websites in the Metro West area but didn't find exactly what I wanted. I was surprised to find four cars that met my specification in four different colors at Federico. The cars were advertised with internet pricing on the Federico website. Tony and Farah were very helpful answering questions regarding rebate qualifications, pricing, and financing over the telephone. I made one trip to the dealership to sign papers and pickup my car. Tony and Farah were both hospitable and very efficient in closing the deal. Tony reviewed the features of the car with us and set up the Bluetooth communication for our cell phones so we could drive home with hands free communication.
