After showing what Myrtle Beach offered, they immediately backed out of that offer and claimed they would be losers if they took that price. I said "You can either be losers or liars." I got my brand new Outlander for $2000 less than Fayetteville wanted and got $3000 more on my trade in than they offered. $5000 dollars right off the top. I'm in sales and I would never make an offer I knew I couldn't back up. Take that for what it's worth. I'm now driving a new Outlander from Myrtle Beach and my mother in law is driving a new outlander sport now (well above book value for trade in too). More

Mike smith , JP and other personnel in this company were so accomodating. Especially mike he never leaved us untill we made the deal. JP mitsubishi manager helped us by giving a rebates/ discounts. My husband and I had been planning to purchase a new car for a few months. We decided to stop in at Leith to see what they had to offer. Mike was quick to approach us and offer assistance. He took excellent care of us and was very patient as I am extremely picky and indecisive. He was real and authentic about helping us purchase a brand new car. We never once felt pressured as you do at most dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. After looking at a few different cars, we decided to take it inside to look at some numbers. JP was great with getting us the payment and price we were looking for. Scott finished everything up and thoroughly explained everything we were signing, it was a pleasure catching up about our shared hometown. I would recommend Leith and the three gentleman we dealt with to anyone looking for a great car and awesome customer service! More

I received an email for my craiglist ad from Leith Auto Mall in Fayetteville telling me that they were interested in buying my 2008 Pontiac G6 even if I did not purchase a vehicle. I followed the email's Mall in Fayetteville telling me that they were interested in buying my 2008 Pontiac G6 even if I did not purchase a vehicle. I followed the email's directions that I received from Laura Ruppe and called Andrew Ruppe for more information. We talked briefly. He asked for the make model and year of my vehicle and I told him it was a 2008 Ponticac G6 with a V6 engine. I told him the mileage 43k, and told him the asking price which as $11,500.00. He said that the price sounds good and he belives they are interested. I was around 6:45pm yesterday evening when I called him and he encouraged me to get the vehicle to him as soon as I could. I rushed in and he[Andrew] looked at the vehicle. We drove it around and we went inside to see how much it was worth. He ran it though their system and my vehicle appraised at $11,536 for trade in value. I was happy about this but he said that he needs to just let his manager know then he would be back to close things out. Andrew and his manager were gone for about 20 minutes. I felt this was odd but I was ready to go. When Andrew came back he said that they were not interested in buying the vehicle because it was a Pontiac. I was puzzled. I received an email saying they were interested, then I called and gave him information on my vehicle and he said they were interested but in the end they changed their mind. I left and came back to get a copy of the report which shows my vehilce at $11,536.00 for trade in value. Mat Hanson, who printed the report asked me the following, "Why don't you trade the car in? If you did we will definately take it." I asked, "Would you give me $11,536?" Mat replied, "No. It depends on what you decided to get." I was blown away that they thought I would be that desperate and stupid to fall for such a lousy bait and switch. I am selling the car to rid myself of some debt. I cannot believe that if I wanted to trade the car in, they had the nerve to offer me lower than what it was worth although I already knew how much they valued my car. Stay away at all cost. Leith Auto Mall of Fayetteville and not trustworthy and will not give you fair market value. Again, my car is listed on craigslist for what dealers would take for a trade. STAY AWAY FROM LEITH AUTOMALL OF FAYETTEVILLE AT ALL COSTS! More
I have bought several cars from this dealership about 8 to be exact including other family members and in Fayetteville, NC they are the best. If you don't want to have a bad experience as some have stated by going to places like Bryan Honda, give Leith a chance to find the car you want they can do a locater for you because they have a lot of dealerships in the state. I can't speak for the other dealerships with the name Leith but the one in Fayetteville, I CAN. I went about a year ago just looking at a truck I saw on Bryan Honda's lot, just looking and they gave me the third degree. Like I said I was not going to buy it, but it looked nice on the lot, the salesman was rude and a smartA@#. We are now in the process of buying a Mitsubishi Endeavor from yes, Leith.
